viewing at the nearby alumni room

Mass proper. The walking ambassadors bring the alumni

to the chapel. Mass is celebrated, with community singing
by the Pastoral Council.
at the end of the Mass, Atty. Roy Villasor will call the alumni
esp. the jubilarians in batches to the front steps of the altar
for the group photo shots.

The Walking Ambassadors then lead the alumni to the ground

level in front of the Yuchengco Plaza balcony for the Alumni
Homecoming Welcome Ceremonies and Reveal.
Once the crowd is gathered in front of the balcony, host
welcomes.

La Salle Alumni Association, to deliver his welcome remarks.

(At this juncture, production team distributes balloons to
guests on the balcony and those on the grounds for the
declaration of the Alumni Homecoming festivities open)
MYLENE: And now, with MR. HENRY ATAYDE, Our Alumni
President, Bro. BERNIE OCA, MR. ALBERT VILLADOLID,
President of the Alumni Homecoming Council 2010,
We hereby declare our Grand Alumni Homecoming Festivities

(Simultaneous to the release of the balloons, there is the
drop down of the two giant streamers from the two pillars
of Yuchengco Plaza balcony, and the release of the metallic
confetti from the Confetti blizzard machine)

MYLENE: At this point, may we call on the prayer
commentators for THE ANGELUS.
ALBERT V.: Twenty five years ago, members of the De La Salle
University host batch 1985 proposed and successfully
Institutionalized the campus wide prayer of the Angelus in the
De La Salle University. This is now observed, twice a day, the
first one at 12:00 noon, and the second one at 6:00 in the
evening.
ALBERT V. Today, in remembrance of the institution of this
prayer vocation, we will start our homecoming event by
praying the Angelus. Children of College Batch 1985, one of
them now a student of DLSU while the other one is a fourth
year high school student aspiring to enter DLSU, will lead us in
the Angelus Prayer.
ALBERT V. SON: Let us all remember that we are in the Holy
Presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Angel of the Lord Declared Unto Mary . . .
MYLENE SON: (Response)
And so on until prayer is completed

Bobby: Hey guys welcome to this great party ! This once in a
lifetime gathering of friends, heroes, great men and great
deeds! To serenade you tonight, we first bring you, our very
own DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY CHORALE.

MYLENE: May I now call on the Chair of the 2010 Homecoming

BOBBY: And to join me on stage to call on and acknowledge
Our Jubilarians and Alumni by batches, ATTY. ROY VILLASOR
(ATTY. VILLASOR calls on batches, and lets them stand,
Raise their hands, shout, holler, etc.)
MYLENE: Allow me to call back the DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY
CHORALE for another lively rendering of songs.
(Green Media/Brian readies and pre sets CONSUELO BAND on
Yuchengco Platform, so that by the time theyre called, theyre
ready to play right away.)
BOBBY: At this time, lets all welcome, THE CONSUELO BAND.
(30 to 45 minute lst set)
(CONSUELO BAND PLAYS. At some point in time, MR. DODIE
CANIZA may join them to jam with them with his ballads)
MYLENE: That was great, BOBBY. Now, lets have some

To all you guys here at Yuchengco Plaza, we have prepared

Four cardboard letters on your tables. All you have to do is
raise the right letter of the correct multiple choice answer to
the question that I will read and will be flashed on the giant
screen. The first table group that raises the letter of the
correct answer wins the bag of looties.
Okay? Shall we begin. Bobby can read the first question.

MYLENE: Now, we shall have our first batch of Raffle Draw.

The first batch of winners has been pre drawn from a glass
bowl of numbers. We shall now flash the winners onscreen
and/or read them out to you.

MYLENE: Bobby, I think we have brought enough joy and

banter to our friends here at Yuchengco Plaza. Lets now cross
over to our group there at the Central Plaza.

RICO (Goes on stage, gives Mylene a buzz, and proceeds):

felicitate our peers on this side.

ROY: Let me call on the batches. Holler as your batches are
called, clap your hands, tap your feet, drum the tables guys.
RICO: Ok, great for that, lets hear it this time, from the
DE LA SALLE INNER SOUL. (INNER SOUL Performance)

(2010 Homecoming Council goes onstage and joins MYLENE
and BOBBY)
BOBBY: Likewise, Batch 85 is spearheading the donation of the
OMEGA CLOCK to be installed this 2010, here at the campus.
A round of applause please, to our donors.
MYLENE: Please tune in once again on your screens, and savor
Some of our great moments these past years.

BOBBY AND MYLENE: And now, as one of our highlights of
tonights great celebration, may we invite all of you to join us

(At this point, the center platform at Amphitheatre is ready.
Surrounding it are members of the various performing groups
with their flashlights and candles, having formed themselves
into the LA SALLE 5 POINT STAR, WITH THEIR LIGHTS ON)
(Then, the Archers do a symbolic run from Central Plaza,
proceed to Yuchengco Plaza, and then hand over the symbolic
arrow to Roy Villasor and the current Archery team captain at
the center of the 5 point star. All these movements are being
followed by the roving camera and beamed on the 2 giant
screens for the viewing pleasure of those who are seated and
did not walk anymore to the open amphitheatre.)
(As soon as the last Archer hands over the symbolic arrow to
Roy and the Archery team captain

THE STRAINS OF HAIL HAIL ALMA MATTER are proudly and
loudly played by the La Sallian Youth Orchestra from the
Yuchengco Plaza Balcony. The crowd joins in singing the
solemn alma matter song.)
(After the emotional rendering of the song, the arrow is fired
into the sky. Immediately, it is simultaneously joined by the
Bursting and explosion of all the fireworks donated by Jackson,
Dragon Fireworks, into the bright La Sallian night sky.)
(applause and euphoria outside beamed on the 2 giant

MYLENE: What a great show Ladies and Gentlemen ! Only
befitting of GREEN GOING 100! May we invite everybody to
join us back at our respective tables at Yuchengco Plaza and
the Central Plaza for the grand raffle and more fun;
