Choose the Baldrige self-assessment tools that fit your organizations needs. You may want to
involve your entire workforce, choose participants from a cross section of functions and levels, or
appoint a small group. Your organizations experience with the Baldrige Criteria will help you decide
where to begin.

the Baldrige Excellence Framework and quickly identify strengths and opportunities for
improvement.

Performance Excellence. The Organizational Profile is a snapshot of your organization, the key

The first section, Organizational Description, asks about your organizations operating

The second section, Organizational Situation, asks about your organizations
