Summary of
Qualification: Worker and owner of Gabasa Bakeshop which was established in April
2000.We specialized Wedding and Birthday cakes. We also offer special and
ordinary cakes, special breads and pizza which I manually knead the dough,
pastries and candies. Aside from baked products we also offers snacks like
different kinds of pasta, spaghetti, baked macaroni, lasagna and noodles offered
in retail and bulk orders. Our services includes clowns rentals, catering services,
made to order balloons, giveaways for any occasions. I personally attend to
customer’s needs and complaints and ensures that health and safety regulations
are followed. For products improvement we regularly attend seminars and
demonstrations. I attended formal studies in Cakes and Pastries, Waitering and
Bartending, Catering, Restaurant, Carinderia and Fastfood Business Operation,
Basic Commercial Breadmaking, Bakery Management, Balloons Arts and
Crafts at Nego Eskwela in Quezon City. Quail Raising, Tilapia Culture and

(TLRC). A graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering enhanced
my knowledge by taking Basic AM and FM. I also study short computer
courses. I worked at Pro-Micro Business System, Inc. as Service Engineer for
two years and at Sprint Computer System for two years as a Computer
Technician. I worked abroad (Taiwan) in Great Electronics Corporation for two
years. After working abroad I was employed at Renato David Enterprises as
Computer Technician. I can drive 4 wheels vehicle with a Professional Driver”s

- Prepare and bake cakes, special breads, pastries, candies and pizza dough
