Alhamdulillah, praised to Allah. We would like to take this opportunity to
express our profound gratitude and deep regards to our lecturer, Madam Juliana for
her exemplary guidance, monitoring and constant encouragement throughout the
course of this project. Without her guide, this project could not be done in time. A
lot of knowledge that we obtained from a lecture she gave to our class. From the
first week she was never tired of giving and pours all the knowledge to us. All views
expressed are very helpful in this project. With a friendly attitude makes us easy to
ask a lot of questions that we need to know to perform this task.
We would like to give a big clap to all team members for the hard work
finishing up this project successfully. With good cooperation in these team members
we work in a very good flow and smooth. With encouragement, assistance and
cooperation extended by the team makes this project attractive to be and
implemented successfully.
Finally, I thanks to our parents for always supported us throughout this
project. From financial to emotional we feel very thankful for their supports.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Palamian Studio is a photography service business. We serve the variety of
photography services indoor and outdoor with high quality images results. We do
take order for making albums and printing using high quality product so that
customer will satisfy with our services.
Palamian Studio consists of seven creative individuals which work as General
Manager, Operation Manager, Production Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance
Manager, and also in Human Resources. Our office will be located at Puncak Alam
and it is in one building with the studio. We choose Puncak Alam because it is a
strategic place. As we know UiTM have 2 branches; UiTM Puncak Perdana and UiTM
Puncak Alam. In addition, Puncak Alam is very strategic because it is near to
students area hence, our studio also provides printing services and student is in our
market target. UiTM Puncak Alam also have Art & Design student in Photography
and Graphic courses. Hence, it is very suitable for us to start our business here in
Puncak Alam. Our main target is students, newly wedding, graduators, business
event and public people in variety of ages. This is because, everyone need this kind
of services.
Based on geographical factor, our shop is strategic location at Puncak Alam
because it is near to universities, schools, and houses area. Although Puncak Alam
is still in progress of construction but we think for the future plan because UiTM
Puncak Alam will expand into bigger area hence it will be a lot of student who
needed our services in future. Our Studio also giving the best value for the
community needed.
By providing multiple services to our clients. We will be able to generate extra
income in each event we attend for those who need our services. The ability of our
company to explore as many opportunities available that will give us early
advantages from other company. We will step in as many industries as possible in
order to maximize our profit for this company.
The General Manager position is held by Fathin Suhaira Binti Abd Rahim. The
general manager will be responsible in all areas in the company. General Manager
overall responsibility will be managing both the revenue and cost elements of a
companys income statement. This is often referred to as profit and loss (P&L)
responsibility. This means that a general manager usually going outstation where
most of all of the firms marketing and sales function as well as the day to day
operation of the business. Frequently, the General Manager is responsible for
effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision
making to attain desirable profit making results of an organization.
The operation manager will be held by Muhammad Anas Bin Mohd Roslaili,
Nur Shakira Binti Bashaludin, and Haznuraini Binti Haris. The Operational Manager
will be foreseeing every operations activity that is conduct in the company. It is an

area of management production of services. It involves the responsibility of

ensuring that business operations are efficient in term of using as little resources as
needed and effective in term of meeting customer requirements. They were
responsible in managing the process that converts input (in form of materials, labor,
and energy) into output (in the form of goods and/or services).
Administration Manager is held by Shuhaiza Binti Mohd Anuar. Shes in charge
of organizing company structure and business activity. Administration manager
ensure that Palamian Studio business routines are maintain and controlled.
Objective and goals of the company is also been managed by the administration
manager.
Marketing Manager position were hold by Nor Hidayah Binti Sidik and Nur
Shakinah Binti Zainudin. Marketing Manager is in charge of the practical application
of marketing techniques and management of Palamian Studio marketing resources
and activities. Marketing Manager are responsible for influencing the level timing
and the composition of customer demand.
Financial Manager position were held by Muhammad Arief Bin Mohd Fisol. He
is the one that responsible for providing financial advice and support to enable the
company as for making decision on financial. As a financial manager, he will be also
in charge of the budgetary planning including short and long term of future
planning.
As for Human Resource position. Zuhrah Aiman Nabilah Binti Rahim is the
perfect person where she is responsible for effective practice within Palamian Studio
and it requires a strategic focus to ensure legislative compliance.
With all of the employees in this company working together, we can ensure
that Palamian Studio will make a big impact in the design consultancy industries
and will achieve success in the future.

producing high quality printing images that consist of custom album,
canvas printing, and framing accessories.

Our position in the industry
Puncak Alam is an affluent area with a high student density and all
types of citizen, an ideal market for printing, photography shooting and
indoor and outdoor can occurs with variety concepts and affordable
prices for printing, custom album, and studio booking using high
quality of product.
The competition
While there are four businesses offering photography services in
Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Currently the White Studio is dominating
the market. This is because this company already has their own name
and well known in Malaysia. However Clickers Studio start gets the
people attention because of their services and lower prices.

in continuity with the best idea on dealing and upgrading the
selling system of product and services.
The diversities of our expertise will make us a good team where
any of the problems could be identified and solved effectively
and efficiently.
Our studio offers new types of services and type of quality
printing that been produce.

FUTURE PROSPECTS OF THIS BUSINESS.

Future prospects are the most important part in the economic agenda
for the company. We want to be the leading company to providing
photography services and printing. For a business to make sales, the services
and products should be visible and displayed in a captivating way,
merchandising as the one of the guideline in the process. Merchandising
includes product display, quality and services, packaging as well the
advertising techniques used as promotion and goods sold fast to the
consumers.
Best merchandising will make our store more visitors than usual. A
customers decisions to come inside and do business were influenced by the
attractive and interesting exterior. High quality product, sales sign with bright
colors, clean and tidy surrounding, a hard well-kept structure, parking lot that
were kept-well are some factors that leads the customers and client to come
into our store because this will easy for them to save their time and energy to
find parking lot.
Effective and efficient merchandising will make the sales in a positively
impact. Pricing, interesting product display unique custom album design,
significant promotional marketing and sales signs can increase the sales
rating and give the customers full of enjoyable feeling of having service with
us. By doing this we will get more positive feedback from our consumers and
clients.
The photography business can be really profitable business. We
anticipate that our business has a good future. At the first of stage we can do
a lot of marketing to make our services and our company is well known in this
area of business and marketing. Our customers will get the best services and
good quality ever. In the future of time, Palamian Studio will be known by
those in our list market. In addition, our studio will be the one of the best that
provides best services and quality printing to many private and government
sectors.

This company also purpose to allocate business resources with
effectively and systematic. We can avoid unnecessary thing from this
business plan because this will guide us in managing our resources
properly to ensure optimum returns to profits. It can be done through
proper utilization of business resources such as finances, and research.
In addition, these are very important in order to determine the success
or failure operation of our business.

2.3

TO CONVINCE RELEVANT PARTIES

Every business needs to convince some relevant parties. This is very
important in order to obtain a long term loan from them before we
start our business. Palamian Studio will purpose a long term bank loan
amount RM 200,000 from Maybank. The loan will be used to start the
business and is considered our starting capital.
