This film poster represents disability

alone with no one in the background. This
can also represent the fact that these two
men are lonely and have no one to be with.

From this image we can tell that these two

men are working class people and tell us
that they cant move onto better jobs. This
can also convey that the disabled cant get
any higher class job because of the way they
are.

In the film poster we see the clothing that

the two have, which can suggest that they
are very unclean and are not able to afford
better clothing because of their wage.

The fact that they are by themselves means

that they represent isolation because they
are in a huge field all by themselves.

The body positioning of them are very

different as George (the man in front) is
more forward than lennie (the man behind)
even though Lennie is taller and stronger
than George symbolizes the fact that Lennie
is mentally weak.

The blue sky represents happiness which can

represent Lennie because he is always thinking
of happy thoughts and the colour of the grass
can represent Lennie because it is bright and
this connects by the fact that Lennie always
thinks positive about life.

In the poster we see a chair in the field which

can convey that someone sits on their own
with no around them, this can also represent
loneliness. This can mean that the person is
isolated from anyone else.

We know that the village is about the

representation of disability this is shown when
we see a person in red standing next to what
appears to be a tree this tells us that they are
away from everyone and they are not allowed to
be with them

red can represent anger which can tell us
that because they are disabled they are
angry that they cant be with the others.

suffering from some sort of mental
disability because he is staring into the
distance with no thoughts.

This is shown by the white background

which conveys no colour, no imagination,
and will show that this disability he has
will make this happen too much.

When you look at the poster you see a

bench that is facing away from us, the
audience, this shows that he segregated
from us because the bench is facing the
other way and this shows that he cant sit
the right way.

Disability is shown again when he is

holding on to the bench, this is shows us
that his disability makes people unstable
and will make say that he is unsure of
what to do and cant make his own
decisions.

The words that are broken up into

different lines can show that his disability
can affect the way he talks to others. The
understanding of the world or the way
others treat him.

The bench can also represent prison bars

because of the lines in between the wood
shows us that he segregated from
humanity as he is incapable of any normal
life but can do something in a certain
amount of time that a normal human cant
do.
