Simplified PMO Process: At Air Liquide, created Project Management Center of Excellence for the Americas.
Streamlined work intake process reducing ambiguity and effort required by business partners resulting in increased
customer satisfaction. Developed business cases, secured funding approvals, and negotiated contracts.
Built Global PMO Organization: At Hewlett-Packard, created global IT SOX PMO organization, governance and
methodology across 5 business lines and 18 countries. Teams evaluated manual and automated controls such as
intrusion prevention/detection, data encryption, recovery process and physical data center security. All application

Rescued Mission Critical Project: At Air Liquide, turned around Oracle Supply Chain Planning project that had lost
credibility with senior management by expanding business partner involvement, providing transparent status, issue
management, and implementation of risk mitigation plans. Successful project allowed manufacturing sites to closely
plan materials supply with customer demand. Managed IT budget of $4.5M.
Expanded Business Roadmap: At Baker Hughes, developed and implemented roadmap to revitalize oil field services
application serving over 12,000 internal and external customers globally. Major initiatives included enhanced security,
new streamlined user interface, and expanded capabilities. Used Agile approach to .Net development and HP Quality
