The mission of Impz Security Agency Inc. is to provide superior quality
of security service to our clients in adherence to our founder, Atty. Carlos
Raphael Imperios values of professionalism, honesty integrity and
nationalism within our staff. Our agency provides decent salary and
benefits to our employees and able to develop their physical, mental and
spiritual growth. We promote peace, order and justice as a contribution to
national development.

II. Company Summary

2.1 History
Impz Security Agency Inc. stared from humble beginnings. It was
established in 2015 as Impz Security Services under a single
proprietorship of its founder, the then recent bar passer Carlos Raphael
Imperio. He decided to establish a security agency for reasons of much
less competition and lucrative demand for security services due to influx of
investors. He chose the certain name for it was his nickname back then in
High School.

Back then, he was relatively new in the field of security service and he
learned the trade by befriending and giving work opportunities to retired
military and policemen as instructors of fresh recruits.
By 2020, Atty. Imperio changed the single proprietorship in to a
corporation under its present name, Impz Security Agency Inc. Impz was
able to expand its operations gradually from its staff of just 40 employees
and now to 500 employees through its unrelenting commitment to deliver
security service to its clients regardless of its size. We were able to
mobilize and monitor our people efficiently as our demand by the
multinational corporations increases. Our agency was able to acquire new
equipments and expand its services via our new armored van delivery
service.

Impz Security Agency Inc. facilities and training grounds are located in
1207 Crimson St. Concepcion, Marikina City.

Impz Security Agency Inc. is composed of 5 board of directors
including its founding Chairman, Atty. Carlos Raphael M. Imperio as its
CEO. The other directors are mostly composed of lawyers and retired
officers of military and police.

provides security services to different clients regardless of its size. In pursuant to
RA 5849, no one can exercise his/her security profession without undergoing the
training and licensing requirements provided by the law. Here in Impz Security
Agency Inc., we assure that our guards that would be contracted to our clients
undergo rigorous training under the watchful eyes of retired military and police

officers who had experience in either or both public and industrial and VIP
security. We assure to you that our men were the finest, honest and well trained
with a high degree of professionalism that suits the needs of our clients.

Impz Security Agency Inc. was able to improve the skills of its staff through
periodic training and attendance to seminars related to the efficient provision of
security service. Our agency has its own research department in order to prepare
our men in providing efficient services especially in the field of industrial security.
Our agency guarantees that our clients get more than they expected other than
our guards licenses.

Our agency is also offering armored services to banks and different

establishments with concerns on safely delivering cash. Our armored vans are
state of the art equipped with CCTV and our guards have a high proficiency in
marksmanship for high caliber weapons.

The industrial sector is also in demand of security services, as this sector is
