1. Introduction
Ministry of Public Works (MOPW) has various houses that it had constructed and it
allocates these houses to the needy people after duly diligence. MOPW is looking
forward to implement and interactive House Allocation/Approval System (HAAS)
using Adobe Livecycle (ALC).
1.1 Purpose
1.2 Scope
The document is aimed for the end-users to achieve their task more efficiently and
effectively for using the House Allocation/Approval System (HAAS). They are
required to carefully read this document and follow the steps stated and definitions
given for a better understanding of the application.
2. Application Login
1. Open Internet Explorer (or any other available browser like Mozilla Firefox etc.).
2. Type http://ISKANDXB:8080/workspace in the address bar. Please remember that the
website address in case sensitive.
3. Click “Go” button (or press Enter).
4. A login screen will be presented to you as follow:
1. Open Internet Explorer (or any other available browser like Mozilla Firefox etc.).
2. Type http://ISKANDXB/HAAS/Login.aspx in the address bar.
3. Click “Go” button (or press Enter).
4. A login screen will be presented to you as follow:
1. Open the already available Offline Application Form in PDF format on user’s machine.
2. The Offline Application Form will be shown in Adobe Reader as follow:
7. After attaching all the required documents, user can do four operations as follow:
a. Send Through Email – Bu clicking this button, user can submit the completed
offline application form to the centralized server for further processing.
b. Save – By clicking this button, user can save data on his/her hard disk for later
use. Offline application form will not be submitted to the centralized server for
further processing.
c. Print – By clicking this button, user can take print outs of the offline application
form for his/her personal and/or official records. Offline application form will not
be submitted to the centralized server for further processing.
d. Cancel – By clicking this button, user can reset all the fields of the offline
application form. Offline application form will not be submitted to the centralized
server for further processing.
8. Illustration for all these four action buttons is shown as follow:
9. When user gets ready to send the completed offline application form, he/she clicks the
“Send by Email” button, in response of which, a new email will be composed with the
attachment of the said form as illustrated below:
10. User should not change the email address in “To” field of the message. Otherwise, the
offline application form would not be submitted to centralized server for further
processing.
11. User could mark CC to any no. of persons according to his/her will.
12. User could add/edit/delete the message subject and body fields for his/her own records.
1. Online Application Forms can only be filled up by Data Entry Members (DEMs) only.
2. Login to the Adobe Livecycle (ALC) workspace.
3. A Welcome screen will be shown as follow:
8. Click on the “Online Application” process card to open a new application form.
6. After clicking, a new view of individual as well as shared queues will be presented to user
as follow:
7. When user claims a specific application, it will be transferred from the shared queue to
that user’s individual queue so that no other DEM can reclaim this application from
shared queue as follow:
