I have quoted below aN email I received regarding the Bendigo Bank and subsequently
other banks for refusing certain accounts. As a CONSTITUTIONALIST I am well aware that
the Framers of the constitution specifically provided for ss51(xi) to discriminate against a
particular RACE. Also that there was a POLITICAL LIBERTY. Regardless if one does or
doesnt support local residents opposing mosque being built in their nack of the woods, it is
clearly their right to oppose it and to seek funds for this. I understand that the Bendigo Bank has
cancelled an account for this purpose. I view that the Bendigo Bank by doing so has undermined
the POLITICAL LIBERTY of those seeking to campaign against it.

Skulduggery in Bendigo
The Bendigo Bank fiasco all started when a group of Bendigo citizens heard about plans to build a
huge new mosque in their city. Knowing that a mosque would bring untold trouble, as they had seen

happen in other places where mosques were built, they decided to get together and work out ways to
oppose the development application.
Oh piggy bendover bank!

They formed the Concerned Citizens of Bendigo group and opened a bank account to depos it donations they

planned to raise from other concerned citizens.

But they soon found out that the Bendigo Bank is in bed with the Muslims. As opposition to the mosque grew
the bank took it upon themselves to censor the protestors. The bank closed the Conc erned Citizens account,
stating that it did not meet the Banks Community Standards. This certainly raised a few eyebrows, because
the Bendigo Bank markets itself as a Community Bank!

When news of the account closure got out over Facebook it created a hu ge backlash against the bank. To
date, depositors have closed their accounts to the tune of at least $60 million, and many investors have
divested themselves of their stock in the bank. The drain has not ended yet. In fact, it is likely to continue for
the foreseeable future.
Meanwhile, the bank has stood firm on its decision, claiming the moral high ground. What a shame they cant

understand that We the People can see right through the sham.
In an effort to counter the bad publicity that its actions caused the Bank put up a statement on its Facebook
Page:
In response to recent questions and commentary regarding our decision to close an account. This was a
considered decision by our Bank, and we respect everyones right to voice their opinions. Equally we have a

right to ours, and we want to do business with organisations whose values align with our own. Our Bank
values tolerance and inclusiveness, qualities which are an important part of a strong community. This is the
only comment we will be making here on this matter. ^Jeanette
This only served to upset even more people. They flocked to the Stop the Bendigo Mosque Facebook page to
voice their displeasure. They also vented their anger on the Bendigo Bank page where some of the comments
were, shall we say, less than pleasant.
Bendigo Bank message to Concerned Citizens group

The account closure prompted the members of the Concerned Citizens group to start digging into the reasons

behind it. Working to the old maxim, follow the money they soon started to yield results.
While they were digging into the Bendigo Banks motives the Concerned Citizens group was not giving up.
They approached National Australia Bank (NAB), only to find that the bank declined to open a bank account
for them. Not surprising really, as the group quickly learned that NAB is a major shareholder in the Bendigo
Bank through its wholly owned subsidiary National Nominees.

So Concerned Citizens went to the Commonwealth Bank. To their surprise they found that the CBA also
refused to open an account for them as did Bank Macquarie, and Westpac all claiming a values clash.
Where indeed?
Finally their accountant offered Concerned Citizens the use of one of his accounts at the Macquarie Bank.
But their joy was short lived. They quickly found that this account was closed as well and the accountant also

lost his standing with that bank as a result. Their first inkling came when they tried to log into the online
banking facility only to find that there was no account to log into. When their accountant asked the bank what
had happened they told him they had closed the account. However, they did promise that they would mail
him the cheque for the missing money.
A supporter has revealed that the Macquarie is handling the sale of the Rural Finance Corporation for the

State of Victoria, and that the Bendigo Bank is the only buyer in a no tender no public offering tender sale.
The supporter also found that J.P Morgan had advised the Victorian Government not to go to tender. Strange
indeed, until it was found that J.P Morgan is also a shareholder in the Bendigo Bank!
The Bendigo Bank started the ball rolling that has sparked a chain -reaction throughout the banking system.
Now, all the banks have closed ranks to protect themselves against We the People, not unde rstanding that we

have the power to stop them dead in their tracks and uncover every bit of dirt on them there is. They have
prodded the tiger and now we are baring our teeth.
Not surprisingly, the Politicians will only side with the perceived winners, and to date that has been the
Banks. However, this is likely to change. We the People are uniting as the murky facts in this distasteful
drama are pealed back, layer by stinking layer.

Mike Hirst, the Bendigo Banks CEO, tried to explain to Kent Baylay of the Gold Coast Sentinel in an off
the record interview that was later uploaded to the internet that the bank made a morally based decision
against a group they considered a bunch of racists.

Mike Hirst didnt let the facts get in the way of his attempted whitewash. Like just about everything that
come out of his mouth he appeared less than truthful, to use the words of Dr. Alexander Douglas MP.
Dr. Douglas deserves the title The Honourable Member for Gaven in Queensland for his re velations on the
Alan Jones radio show exposing the extent of the corruption within the banking and political systems of
Australia.

As a result of his revelations the true facts are emerging and we are connecting the dots. The Bendigo Bank
has been lying through its collective teethand then some.
It transpires that the property that surrounds the intended site of the Mosque in Bendigo is actually owned by
a company controlled by an ex-Director of the Bendigo Bank and Chairman of Bendigo Telco. Mr. Don
Erskine with his son Mark are involved in the Brickworks development.

At first glance, it looks like closing the Concerned Citizens account was just a favour done by Mike Hirst and
the Board of Directors of the Bendigo Bank for an old friend. Obviously, they wanted to silence any
opposition. After all, what is the small matter of closing a customers bank account when weighed against a
$4 Million windfall?

Next, the Concerned Citizens found out that the Bendigo City Council is about to sit in Chambers to discuss
re-zoning all that land to high density residential.

The land owner and his partners stand to make a SUBSTANTIAL capital gain out of that deal. No wonder
this mosque application has generated so much controversy.
Once the mosque is built hundreds, if not thousands more Muslims will move into the area. They will want
somewhere to live: And where better than right next door to the mosque?
Perhaps this explains why the mosque application proposes such a LARGE facility. Its not just for the few
dozen Muslims living in Bendigo today. They are planning on building up a substantial Islamic presence
there.
What does this mean for the local residents?

Well, as we have already seen, if your business or group dares go against the plans of this mob you will be

targeted, just as the Concerned Citizens Group were, and told to take your business elsewhere. Of course,
they will make sure that it is just as impossible to open a new business or bank account, as the Concerned
Citizens Group has. Since being rejected by the Bendigo Bank they have been unable to open a new account
at any bank in Bendigo!

The consequences, if the mosque is approved, will be catastrophic for any Australian bu sinesses currently
operating in the area. They will soon find that they are targeted by the Muslims in a concerted effort to move
them out so that Muslims can move in. This will happen in a number of ways. Businesses will be broken into,
people will be attacked, rubbish will be dumped outside their doors, windows broken, cars parked to block
access.

If you think this is an over-reaction you only have to look at what has happened in other western countries.
This is a standard practice wherever a mosque is built. Residents are forced to move and if they refuse their
lives are made such hell that in the end they are happy to move even if they lose money selling their property.
In some cases, people are killed.
As more Muslims move into the area traffic problems will increase. Crime will become rampantMuslims

are not exactly always law abiding citizens. They put their Islamic sharia law before any western laws. Their
loyalty is not to the country they live in but to Islam and sharia law.
Noise pollution will become a burden on all residents. The call to prayer will be blasted out of loudspeakers
from the mosque from early morning to late in the evening.

But all this is in the future.
The biggest worry for Bendigo residents today is the impending City Council meet ing to approve the
application to re-zone that all important land around the proposed mosque. If this happens then there will be
no stopping the mosque or the subsequent destruction of the peace and tranquillity of Bendigo.
Is this what Bendigo residents want?

We are calling on all concerned citizens to attend that City Council meeting and make sure that their
objections are heard, loudly. (All objectors will be notified or inboxed through the Stop the Mosque
Facebook page to attend.)

On Sunday Night Channel 7 program (5-7-2015) there was also a report about the selloff
Aussie farm lands and banks foreclosing, and that we may have for example that Chinese are
purchasing the farms. Employ Chines workers on those farms. Process the meat of the cows in
Chinese plants and use Chines ships to transport the meat to China.
This to me would violate the intentions of the Framers of the Constitution which specifically
provided for ss51(xxvi) as to prevent cheap labour to undermine Australians job security.

China is on the hunt for new food sources to feed its one and a half billion
people and its central government has ordered $3 trillion be spent securing
food and farmland overseas.

A significant share of that fortune is already flowing to Australia a trend likely to increase
with the signing of a Free Trade agreement with China last month.
The timing of the shopping spree couldnt be better for the Chinese, with so many Aussie
farms going broke. Banks are looking to sell properties and overseas buyers are eyeing off our
clean, green land.

John Codrington, a business advisor who grew up on a farm in Moree, has been tracking the
rate of foreign investment and says it is cause for alarm.
"The Chinese government has now relaxed their one child policy, which will mean that over
the ensuing years we are going to see an increased in a number of mouths to feed in China and
their agriculture industry over there wont be able to feed them," he said.

Nearly 50 million hectares of agricultural land has some level of foreign ownership thats an
area twice the size of Victoria.
While there is no comprehensive national list of foreign investment in rural land, we do know
that last year 69 countries bought a piece of Queensland, spending 1.7 billion dollars in total and the biggest spender was China.

Federal Member for Kennedy, Bob Katter, is an outspoken supporter of Aussie farmers and
says we should be wary of 'investors'.
"Its not 'investing', theyre not opening mines or building dams or anything of that nature,
theyre just buying the asset that is there. So its not investment, its selling your country off."
He says where Aussie farmers have failed, the Chinese are primed to make profits.

"We sell for $2.50 a kilogram, our cattle, it sells in China for $30 or $40 a kilogram. So if you
are the person in China getting the $30 or $40 dollar per kilogram then, Australia looks very

Last month one of Chinas largest beef producers, Chongqing Hondo Agricultural Group
announced it intended to spend 100 million dollars buying Australian cattle stations within the
next year.
It may be the tip of the iceberg Our own trade agency, Austrade, recently reported that as
many 300 Chinese companies are currently looking to invest Australia.

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST it appears to me that the politicians are not concerned about

conducting themselves to the true meaning and application of the constitution but are willing
so to say to sell even their mothers graves.
Let us be clear, the Framers of the Constitution debated about the protection of Australian
jobs, etc.
In fact ss51(xxvi) of the constitution was specifically inserted in the constitution to prevent
any race to undermine the working conditions of Australians, as this was happening prior to
federation. But when you have a person like Joe (smoking) Hockey charging overnight
accommodation of a property also owned by his wife, himself and the father in law, this even
so the Framers of the Constitution made clear a Minister couldnt claim ordinary
parliamentarian allowances, then little wonder the federal government seeks to get monies in
from overseas no matter how this undermines Australian security, even as to be willing to sell
nationalities. (Wrongly called Australian citizenship).

after they leave their seat. And yet they continue to do so. There is a lot more wrong with it all

For the record I comprehensively defeated the Commonwealth and State Attorneys on 19 July
2006 on compulsory voting in the County Court of Victoria (invoking federal jurisdiction) and
as such proved I knew the constitution and its application better than the governments
lawyers.

Again check my blog, and you may just how I campaign in numerous matters against
unconstitutional usage of speed cameras. The unconstitutional state land taxes (including the
unconstitutional municipal/shire council rates that the High Court of Australia in 1904
(Sydney council v Commonwealth) declared was a delegated State land tax power). That was
until on 11-11-1910 the Commonwealth commenced land taxation and by this the States no
longer had this land tax legislative powers.

What is clearly needed is a proper direction by a federal government that is within the legal
principles embedded in the constitution and not contrary to it. The so to say selling of Australian
nationality (wrongly named Australian citizenship) also is of concern. And recent reports
indicate that the British are dropping weapons to ISIL and yet pretend to fight them, as do the
USA. I wonder do you really know who are your friends and enemies. Do you desire Australians
to be injured/killed by the use of weapons supplied by the British/USA?

Hakem al-Zameli, head of the Iraqi Parliaments National Security and Defence Committee revealed that the
committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying
weapons for the ISIL, FARS News reported. The senior lawmaker said that the Iraqi parliament has asked
London for explanations and added it is receiving daily reports from security forces and people in the
province on countless flights led by the U.S.-led coalitions planes, which airdrop weapons and supp lies for
the group in terrorist-held areas.
The Iraqi lawmaker explained that the United States prefers the chaotic situation in the province because it
reportedly does not want the ISIL crisis to come to an end. The al-Ahed news website quoted Khalaf
Tarmouz, head of Al Anbar Provincial Council saying that they have discovered weapons made in the
United States, European countries and Israel from the areas liberated from ISILs control in Al-Baqdadi
region. Mr Tarmouz added that the weapons made by European nations and Israel was discovered from the
terorists in the Eastern parts of Ramadi.

Mr Al-Zameli has previously said that the planes of the anti-ISIL coalition have dropped weapons and food
supplies for the terrorist group in Al-Anbar, Salahuddin and Diyala provinces. The head of the Iraqi
Parliaments National Security and Defence Committee noted that the coalition is the main reason why ISIL
still exists in Iraq. He told the news agency in January there are proofs and evidence for the U.S.-led
coalitions military aid to ISIL terrorists through air. Mr Al-Zameli added that the members of his committee
have proved that planes belonging to the United States have dropped advanced weaponry for the ISIL, which
is why it has set up an investigation committee to probe into the matter.
Mr Al-Zameli said the United States drops weapons for the ISIL on the excuse of not knowing about the
whereabouts of the ISIL positions. Furthermore, the United States is attempting to distort the reality with
its allegations, the senior lawmaker said.

In October 2014, a high-ranking Iranian commander slammed the United States for providing aid supplies to
the terrorist group and mentioned that the U.S. claimed the weapons were mistakenly airdropped to ISIL.
Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forcessaid the so -called
anti-ISIL coalition supplies the terrorist group with weapons, food and medicine in Jalawla region.

The United States responded by saying it had airdropped medical aid and weapons to Kurdish fighters
fighting the terrorist group in Kobani, a city in northern Syria. According to the U.S. Defence Department, it
had airdropped 28 packages of supplies and weapons, but one of them did not make it into the hands of the
Kurdish fighters. Video footage revealed that ISIL militants took some of the weapons, FARS News reported.
Elsewhere, Kataib Hezbollah, an Iranian-supported Shia militia in Iraq is accusing the United States of
supplying weapons to ISIS, National Review noted. A video from Irans Press TV recorded by Kataib
Hezbollah claims to show a U.S. Chinook helicopter resupplying terrorist forces.

Again, what is missing is proper leadership that the very federation designed to protect
Australians actually provides for this and not contrary to this is used adverse to Australians.

While you talk a lot about national security your actions appears to me to be precisely opposite to
this. As such all those legal provisions added for national security is rather that national
security is a smoke screen as to cause Australians to be robbed more and more robbed of their

What we need is a ROYAL COMMISSION to investigate the unconstitutional invasion into

Iraq, as this was in my view the real cause of dangers to Australians. In my view ISIL/ISIS/IS or
whatever other name they may go by may never have gained the ground they have now had Iraq
been left alone. Even Jeb Bush appears to indicate that the invasion into Iraq was a mistake.

news cycles. On Wednesday, Bush found himself defending his brothers policies after he
was confronted in Nevada by a college student, who claimed the former U.S. President
created ISIS.
Meanwhile, the war represents a greater problem for Hillary Clinton, the only presidential
candidate who has cast a vote to authorize military action in Iraq. The former secretary of
state wrote in her book Hard Choices that she thought she acted in good faith and made
the best decision she could with the information she had.

constitutional powers to authorise the invasion into Iraq, and he and his fellow ministers as well as the
then General Peter Cosgrove (I warned on 22-7-2002 about this) should stand trail for mass murder,
crimes against humanity, war crimes, etc. And well have G. W. Bush and Blair standing as coconsiprators. We need to hold them legally accounbtable as like any other person. While G. W. Bush
may have had the sanction within the USA from the Senate to go to war, nevertheless as a coconspirator he could still be dealt with.

Mosque are not just buildings for worshipping but are also where terrorism is planned. One can

A joint Four Corners and Fairfax Media investigation today revealed that in this
country, there's politics for the highest bidder. The investigation has revealed a series
of contacts between known and suspected criminals and senior politicians, with se rious
outcomes.
In one of the most serious of bombshells, in the mid 2000s suspected Mafia boss and
hitman, Tony Madafferi, funded lobbying and donations to politicians in a bid to secure
a visa for his brother - drug trafficker and ruthless Mafia criminal, Frank Madafferi.
Madafferi and his associates met with several Liberal MPs, who in turn lobbied
sucessive Immigration Ministers. In 2005, the then Immigration Minister Amanda
Vanstone, granted Frank a visa - in spite of suggestions from police that he might
carry out acts of violence. 1 (Just 18 months after the visa was granted to Frank
Madafferi, he was implicated in the world's biggest drug importation scandal, and
eventually charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy to murder.) 2
But this is not a just story about the Mafia, or about Frank and his visa. It's a story
about influence in politics, and the ugly mix of money and politics.

In the coming days, one of two things will happen: either there won't be
much of a fuss and the politicians will go on with business as usual. Or
enough people stand up and say 'I am sick of this and any politician who
turns a blind eye has lost my respect, my trust and my vote'.
Our political leaders are paying attention right now and their response all depends o n
what happens next. We need to call for politicians to clean up their act, and get
money out of our politics.

As confidential police reports detail, there are "loopholes" that allow this to happen,
allowing political parties and candidates to receive benefits that don't require
disclosure. 3
The problem is clear: today, a person or company can give unlimited amounts
of money to a politician or their party. It's a dangerous mix: politicians want to
raise huge sums of money so they can spend it on their campaigns to win elections or
try to stay in power. For some politicians, receiving donations might not change their
actions at all - or it might mean they shake a few hands, take a few meetings they
otherwise wouldn't have. But for others, it means they spend their time trying to
change government policy to favour their donors.
What is needed is a completely new set of rules that govern the relationship between
politicians and money. The solution is simple, but its going to be hard work
making change possible.
Here's what Australia needs to clean up its politics:

1. A cap on the amount of money that a person or a organisation can give to a

politician or political organisation: so that a person cannot try to buy special
treatment in politics,
2. The immediate public disclosure of donations, so that the media and the public
know who is giving money to who. As the old saying goes - sunlight is the best
disinfectant

3. Establishing a Federal Independent Commission Against Corruption: so that
there's a watchdog with the authority and the teeth to find out when people have
broken the law and make sure they face the consequences.

Winning these changes will be hard work. There are very powerful vested interests
who want to see the system stay exactly as it is now; many of them who are likely to
be in the halls of Parliament right now. But it's up to us to give them no choice.
For this campaign to stand a chance, tens of thousands of GetUp members
across this country will need to stand together and push for a new politics.

If we do nothing this will all blow over another scandal forgotten as 24/7 news cycles
moves on to the next sensation. We've done the policy work to know what the
solutions are, but they'll only become reality if we can break this issue out in
a moment like this, and urge the public to step back and acknowledge our
democracy is being corrupted by anyone with a large enough cheque book.
Right now the vested interests of the current game are mobilising behind the scenes to
ensure nothing changes. They'll find a scapegoat, try and change the topic or shoot
the messenger. Tonight we have to hold them to account.

It appears the message to the People is clear that we got so to say con-artist in parliament who
are more interested to rob taxpayers of their paid taxes and constitutional rights than to concern
