Typically I wrote this 1st before I read the actual letter sent purely on seeing Vexatious in subject &
my assuming it was limited to previous emails from to day. Honestly I really am barely holding it
together to write due to the effects of my abuse & all this transparent dodgy, just a blip of finding
somthing strength inside me fueled by just how transparently wrong this all is. Just quickly a
Medway report on my children 2011/12, demonstrates by raising Ms Sinesi as still being a risk &
me a responsible parent, they equally where of the opinion my actions where far from vexatious in
that regard from the outset & by that inffer Ms Sinesi actions likely prompted the incident that
prompted the report, to take focus of the very real risk she and those connected to her present.
Equally the concern that a Sheffield council official expressed getting in touch due my public
disclosures equally on record, worried himself that socail services where not doing there jobs
properly last year & more besides.
As per DI Greenan, before if I am able to come back to the letter, I will pick up on what I was
talking of today. I contacted Sussex Police due to Joanne (who I had never met before until she
created drama & an urgent wish for me to call her, clearly making assumptions about me per her
disclosures), making aspersions she had talked to Sussex Police and was implying I was being
investigated as a pedophile and Sussex Police had told her this, anchors on ITV day time television
placed in copy. All the more ironic for having interview and having been offered a contract by ITV
in 2011, trying to get back into work so I could have more effect at getting work colleagues and
media to look into what I experienced & witnessed. Equally ironic for the fact my brother worked at
ITV at the time in 2011. Not forgetting nearly getting a contract with Al Jazeera News, due to a
connection with the late Sir David Frost, who's production company shared facilities with what was
ORTV (now ORMEDIA), who'd I'd previously done work for & then when on to present my story
& covert footage etc, that allowed them enough faith to start talking about trying to put together an
investigative documentary towards the end of 2012, beginning of 2013. Overall considering the fact
I had contacted Sussex Police off the back of inquiries & complaint regarding what Joanne said
online let alone picking up on the overriding issues, the last thing I expected was to recieve a call
from an Inspector in Kent Police, offering to actually finally help me as a victim & witness.
Overall all this is just more demonstrating of so many other cases, where both witnesses and victims
are targeted to be silenced, discredited & criminalised, due to police and other agency involved in
&/or covering up organised exploitation. Is no one learning anything?

I don't see how sincerely telling the truth backed up with rather transparent substantiating evidence
can even remotely be interpreted as Vexatious and such a response is further demonstration of the
extreamely serious & potentially wholly criminal issues I have been raising.
In fact the tone & tactics of how the very complaint is being dragged out along with responses &
now this response is its self further reflection of intimidation, harassment applying undue pressure
and is is in fact a whole lot more than very vexation directed at me, to both silence effect me and
bury investigating both complaint & wider investigation in its self. It stands out as further very
questionable cover up of what has happened & is still happening to me & the CSA/CSE I witnessed
at the very least.
I have not been abusive, I have been consistent, I have expressed logical views & observations
based on facts & evidence, which I have every right let alone in Law to do. Equally those people
that are and have been copied have been in a private official capacity, so that they are awaire in
terms of both my care, to provide professional assistance & so other people that face thease
problem can get better help improve processes, staff attitudes, training etc, etc. In fact the wholly
opposite of vexatious. Any contextual public disclosures aka Twitter have been, limited measured
responses & in the public interest, honest & truthful which I equally have a right to in Law
(freedom of speach, Human Rights Act 1998 & other legislation).
For those not already previously copied I will forward previous emails. A couple of Dropbox
archives with supporting evidence, there are also emails to the NCA, in regards to emails
substantiating the call I mentioned last year, that links into DI Greenan getting in touch from out of
the blue. Equally as Patient Care copied will contest, I am honest & even had to go to great lengths
in terms of keeping documenting proof & audio recordings to prove & back up what I am saying is
true, yet it really should not be the case, I should not have to unless equally the problems and
seriousness of those problems are not equally as true.
