The student proposes to carry out the study based on the following
parameters:

To study the ongoing activities with reference to Training and


Development at HR Service Center department in India Pvt Ltd.
To Study and understand various training and development methods
adopted at HR Service Center department in India Pvt Ltd.

The focus here would be to revisit the knowledge gained during the course of
the ISTD programme. The concepts would be covered along with the necessary
framework to be adopted for carrying out T&D activities within the ambit of
development of human resources.

Chapter 5 - Evaluation of A Training PROGRAMME


The process of examining a training program is called training evaluation.
Training evaluation checks whether training has had the desired effect and
