Apply FTA for the parts before performing 3DCS.

2. Piaggio MPA3.

work among the team and maintaining database of the same.

Initiate conference call on weekly basis to update on the project and clarify
any unanswered query.
Create and finalize drafting standard to maintain uniformity.

generating flat pattern and Assembly of various parts for GA18 aircraft.

Creation of Catia models from scanned tiff file of existing Nomad N-24
drawings that are in vellum sheets.
Involved in the QC process of the created models.
Completed 3D models & assembly of GA18 flap and aileron achieving
matched hole requirements.
Creation of sheet metal components with sheet metal or by Aerospace sheet
metal work bench.
Significant Contributions:
Responsible to communicate with GippsAero on biweekly basis for
clarification of the modeling issues and to update the work status.
Deputed to GippsAero, Australia for 6 weeks to understand their design
methodology.
Involved in the vendor selection to outsource some portion of CAD activity.
5. NM-5 (5 seater aircraft)

6. LCH (Light Combat Helicopter)

LCH Cockpit structures including Locking and jettisoning mechanism.
