I also take this opportunity to express a deep sense of gratitude to Abhisish jashwal ,
Marketing head, Lodha group, for his cordial support, valuable information and guidance,
which helped me in completing this task through various stages.

I am obliged to staff members of Lodha group, for the valuable information provided by them
in their respective fields. I am grateful for their cooperation during the period of my assignment.

Lastly, I thank almighty, my parents, brother, sisters and friends for their constant encouragement
without which this assignment would not be possible.

Abstract
We tend to think that Real estate comprises of only flats, houses and buildings but many of them
dont know that Real estate is more than just building flats, it comprises of everything from
building houses to building countrys infrastructure. Each and every sector whether it be
industrial sector, Software Company or be it any firm or organization each of them needs support
of Real Estate as a whole because for any company to develop they need their own infrastructure
and for that comes in the scene REAL ESTATE.
Real estate sector is the favored destination globally for investors, developers and NRI .It is
driven by investor-friendly government policies and increasing globalization. It is the second
largest employment generation sector and it contributes 6.3% of Indias GDP. The current FDI is
$4 billion and expected to touch $25 billion in 10 years. The boom in the real estate or the
increase in the real estate sector is because of the following factors:

Rapid urbanization
Growing trend towards nuclear families
Rural-urban migration
Ever developing infrastructure
Higher income level
Housing demand

This report covers the following:

Introduction to the Real Estate world.

History of the brand COSMIC as a company & their functioning.

Marketing strategy of Cosmic.

Limitations that came across while making the project

After that, functioning of the real estate is explained using an example of a figure and the factors
which are involved in driving Real Estate more in the economy. This report also explains the
kind of work that was assigned to me related to marketing research and sales and the scenario or
the working environment in which we had to pitch in the investors as well as the dealers and

brokers, who are ready to work as channel partners and to study the style of working of dealers
and brokers while they look for or pitch their customers.
Project title is Identifying the Gaps in the process excellence of Pre
acquisition of Client data to conversion rate at Lodha group . Nowadays the

real estate sector has growing day by day. Real estate sector has increased which witnesss
phenomenal growth from last 10 years. So by this study The Researcher can find out
effectiveness of promotional schemes, sales and services of Lodha group .
