yes SSC CGL papers will help, because topicwise breakup and difficulty level remains more or less the same.
if your math and english concepts are good just practice them,
some other good books, if youve time:
1. Objective General English by SP Bakshi (Arihant)
2. Fast Track Objective Arithmetic by Rajesh Verma OR R.S. Agarwals book on quantitative aptitude.
for Geometry and Trignometry start with NCERT math textbooks particularly class 8-10. (can be downloaded for free)

I suggest buy Kiran Prakashans paperset of original SSC papers and then solve them. they also have mock test papers set
for Tier II.
