Theme: Synthesis of Nanosystem by chemical method

The first part of the conference focused about "nano systems", this was counted
with the presence of Dr. Pablo Bonilla, which beginning announcing the definition
of a nanosystem: this is a physical system that is designed to nanometric scale, the
target for which talked each other of this topic is to indicate the utility of these in the
pharmaceutical field systems being focused in one of these nanosistems, named
nano emulsions which are based on one larger scale, emulsions which represent a
heterogeneous system of an immiscible liquid dispersed in another in the form of
drops, also these are constituted of 3 elements water (aqueous part), oil (an
organic part) and an emulsifier which playing a fundamental role in emulsions
which allows the interaction between the watery and organic part (process that
needs of energy) in their structure has a segment apolar and a polar segment
which gives to the emulsion the characterization of O / W where the water
constitutes the phase dispersant or W / O when the phase dispersant is the oil,
with this basically free spaces will exist in the emulsions.
The reason of speaking about this type of systems and its constitution is to
announce a practical way of preparing nano vehicles with nano emulsions, that is
to say that these could operate for the controlled liberation and transport of
medicines in the organism since these manage to constitute systems with nano
pores (emulsion O / W) and systems friend articulated (emulsion W / O) in which
the introduction of the medicines is realized in the free spaces of these systems
with the end of that as well is mentioned can function as nano vehicles, due to its
particle size it can come to different regions of the organism, in addition that would
provide efficiency of action of the medicine, explaining that the process for
obtaining these nano systems be made in a way that a minimum amount of energy
needed using processes in the laboratory as agitation , warming and by method of
precipitation, with the benefit of having greater efficiency of production of nano
particles as opposed to other processes that require greater consumption of
energy such as the use of equipment. Also I stress that the nano vehicle
necessarily in its creation must take into account aspects such as osmosis, pH,
temperature or under what characteristics the nano vehicle goes to release the
medicines in the body for which the experimental process is realized by simulation
using the process of liberation of medicines in vitro where there is used
specializing equipment the same one who calculates the percentage of liberation
taking into consideration, the diffusion, the concentration and thickness of the layer
to be penetrated inside the organism, with this it becomes possible to give a quality
control and to establish effectivities of the medicines.
