Job Responsibilities:

RFQ exercise with CFT (Feasibility study, Technical Review etc.)

Provide quotation for RFQs.

Customer interaction during new product development cycle.

Review & Prepare ISIR, PPAP & get approval from customer.

Responsible for all documents preparation & maintain related to new product development.

Responsible for first part approval of new development product.

Layout inspection of products as per sampling plan.

Responsible for product & Process Audit as per Plan (In-house).

Monitor & maintain the Product audit plan, MSA Plan & SPC plan at standard room.

Attending Customer Complain & taking corrective/preventive action.

Assist supplier to improve Quality of products & documentation.

Train new operator/workers on 5S, Drawing reading, kaizen, Instruments reading/handling etc.

Core Skills:

Knowledge of KAIZEN, 5S, MSA, PFMEA, CAPA, why why analysis, 8D,GD & T, POKA YOKE,
SPC, SOP, Drawing reading.

Hands on experience with Profile Projector, Hardness Tester, Surface finish/Roughness tester, Coat
meter, Millipore test and other Measuring Instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Bevel protector ,
Height gauge & Different types of Gauges.

Hands on experience in design software such as AutoCAD, UG NX & Solidworks.

Manpower handling, Manpower leadership.

Quick learner with ability to grasp new technical concepts and utilize the same in a productive
manner.

Knowledge of Machining process, Surface treatment & Heat Treatment of Metal.

Effective communicator and team player, capable of adapting to changing work environment.
