COMES NOW, the people of the "GRAND JURY PETITION" and states as follows:

NOTICE OF APPEAL

NOTICE is hereby given that on this 16TH day of July, 2015, We carrier for the
Grand Jury Petition Eric Muathe, Noah Day, Kasey King c/o The Summary Judgment
Group, the above named Petitioner do hereby appeal the Order of Judgment from the
June 2, 2015 ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR GRAND JURY and the Order Denying
Various Requests and Order Limiting Further Filings from the District Court of Crawford
County, Kansas to the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas. The appeal hereby taken is
directly to the Supreme Court on the ground that Petitioner did not receive due process
which is unconstitutional due to the fact that Judge Richard Smith failed to fill out his
financial disclosure report for Calendar Year 2014 in the proper filing time which was
April 15, 2015 and he filed his on May 19, 2015 the same day the GRAND JURY
PETITION in case number 2015MR2P was filed and Supreme Court Rule 601 8
RELATING TO JUDICIAL CONDUCT CANON 3, Rule 3.15(8) has not been held
unconstitutional and that statute along with Lori Fleming interfering in our radio ad and
right to get signatures constitutes USURPATION OF OFFICE UNDER K.S.A. 60-1201,
K.5.A. 60-1202(1)(2)(4)(5),
K.S.A. 60-1205, K.5.A. 60-1206(a)(b), K.S.A. 60-1207 and for

violations of RULES RELATING TO JUDICIAL CONDUCT CODE OF JUDICIAL


CONDUCT Rule 601A which are the following: Rule 1.1, Rule 1.2, Rule 1.3, Rule 2.1,
Rule 2.2, Rule 2.3, Rule 2.4, Rule 2.6, Rule 2.9, Rule 2.10, Rule 2.13, Rule 2.15, Rule 3.1,
Rule 3.5, Rule 3.6, Rule 4.1, Rule 4.2 for improperly
