 Monitor project implementation and independently manage the communication flow between the client,
suppliers and sales.
Identify key markets / clients. Understand their needs.
Responsible for sales support and marketing.
Development of new business & Strategy through cold calling and direct approach.
Regular personal visit to clients for business discussion and service.
Technical discussion and client development according to requirement
Payment follow up and commercial discussion and finalization
Regular involvement and discussion with Purchase, Packaging Development Team, Supply Chain, Quality
and Co-packer for order execution

Handle Project on Flow, Level, Temp-Humidity, Vibration, PID, Load-Cell, Ultrasonic type, Switches,
Pneumatic Instrument ETC.
o Instrument selection for plant automation machine automation design as well as detail engineering, able
proper product selection purchase, Logic development for R & D.
o Communicate With PLC,DCS & HMI system.(Makes:-ABB, allenbredly, Mitsubishi, Schneider ETC.)
o Calibration Of All Instrument.
Support other warranty service engineers to resolve complex operation problems
Warranty repair planning/prioritization
Enter problems and issues into the defect database- monitors and updates defects as needed including
defect closure.
Implementation and ensure the daily use of the(SAP) Management Control Centre (MCC), including; failure
resolution, material shortages, warranty repairs, reliability growth, modification and retrofits.
