Based on the true story of Gleam Joel, the Movement promotes the prevention of violence and the use of drugs via the talent venues and
Still Standing the Musical. The venues and the Still Standing the Musical are the vessels used to reach the communities of concern within
our nation by integrating the talented and hopeful by providing them with a safe and clean venue to explore and develop their talents,
hopes, and dreams.

There will be 60 Still Standing Talent Search shows all over California. The first show will start in November 2010.

Immediate castings will be held starting in May 2010 to cast for the Talent Staff who will be running the venues, developing the musicals,
and training the hopefuls .

The Musical is brought to you by L.A. Times writer Ed Rampell. The productions will be produced by Gleam Joel and Alan White as well
as all staff and crew members to be announced in this presentation. Gleam Joel worked closely with international super-star producer
Sergio Fertitta and others to produce the New Album (yet unreleased but recorded). The Musical will be lead and supported by a live band
and symphony orchestra accompanied by the most spectacular special effects and set design. Live DJ’s and guest celebrity appearances as
well as the winners from past competitions and previous projects in Europe and South America.

A completely unique untouched market has been waiting for such a venue as this. Still Standing the Musical is a movement with both a
national and international cast that will be presented by professional by well-known artists from different nations (USA, Kenya,
Switzerland, Germany, Brazil etc)

The musical is a masterpiece of hip-hop, rap, pop, R&B, and modern/retro dance. Still Standing is based on the real life of rapper Gleam
Joel and is set in Nairobi, Kenya. There the teen-aged Gleam Jr. struggles to overcome a troubled family background, school conflicts, gang
pressure, and drug abuse through music and spirituality. Gleam Jr. endures an abusive father, gangland crimes, police brutality,
marijuana, cocaine and crystal meth, a car crash, betrayal, the Al Qaeda bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, the loss of love, jail and
more, as he struggles to belong and find meaning in life. When Gleam Jr. seeks a sign for salvation he has a divine intervention and is given
a golden opportunity to develop his musical talent by studying abroad at a music academy in the peaceful nation of Switzerland.
Embracing his destiny, Gleam turns his back on his violent past and accepts the living light and marches towards the glowing white cross
inside of the Swiss flag and leaves for Switzerland, destined to become a celebrated rapper and prominent anti-violence, anti-drug leader
who will open the path to enlightenment through the music of today’s youth and the youth of yesteryear.

Still Standing is the first in an autobiographical trilogy of musical productions.

This musical when compared to other existing venues, will leave its audience inspired with confidence, courage, and hope. The project, in
its entirety, is a preventive measure against violence, drugs, and the current descent of our communities and adolescents.

1. Album, Singles and Live Band


As a professional musician, international hip/hop icon and rapper Gleam Joel, in the last 9 years, has released multiple albums which have
sold thousands of copies worldwide. He has performed hundreds of concerts in his homeland of Switzerland and across the globe. Gleam
Joel and The Movement has been featured in the official ranked charts of Europe and South America as well as video clips aired on
national TV shows. He has been iconized in newspapers, magazines, and internet portals worldwide. From this, the organization has built a
vast and loyal audience that brings with it a growing fan base. Thanks to his many years of experience he drew the attention of famed
international music producer Sergio Fertitta who saw the vision and decided to produce a brand new album fusing Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B,
and Pop and molding a new music style. With his new album Gleam & White Entertainment hope to reach out to an even broader
audience and greater fan base.

Video Clip and Documentry Film


Still Standing the Musical will produce music videos that will air in Switzerland Germany, Norway (Europe) and South and North America
on television stations and cable networks. The videos are brought up to the most popular platforms like MySpace / YouTube, or Face book,
etc..where they will serve as an advertising medium for the musical and sponsors alike. Our existing blog sphere network will be
broadcasting and streaming live feeds of all venues to reach an audience of 2 million additional viewers and listeners.

The video clips will be both entertaining as well as a means of crime prevention. They will also serve as a tremendous advertising platform
for our sponsors.

Documentary Film
A documentary will be filmed from the Biography of Gleam Joel that will inspire audiences everywhere. The documentary will be filmed in
November 2010 and will be aired in spring 2011 on multiple TV stations and cable networks in theUSA and abroad.

The documentary shows young people and its viewers, in an impressive fashion, how one can achieve the good life without having to make
unhealthy compromises. The documentary will present the actual risks and consequences of the unhealthy lifestyle by showing what can
what happens when violence and drugs take control of people’s lives. The DVD documentary will be distributed for free to young juvenile
delinquent schools, orphanages, youth houses and hostels. For all others, they will be available for purchase.

The Biography of Gleam Joel is being written by ED RAMPELL. Ed is a published author, writer, and journalist for the L.A. Times. He
lives in the quite town of Hidalgo inside the city of Los Angeles.

STILL STANDING TALENT SEARCH/COMPENTION


Still Standing the musical offers aspiring artists a national platform to present themselves to a live audience. Before each new production of
the musical, competitions will be held in the categories of rap, singing, dancing and band (instruments) . The winner of each category will
be awarded prizes and the opportunity to train to be a cast member of the touring musical for a 3-year contract.

A talent search competition will be held in the same venues where the musical is taking place. The talent search will be in the following
categories: rap, dance groups, singing, band, drums, bass, guitar and keyboard. Other talent competitions will exist for lighting sound and
set design as well as artwork from the community including graffiti artists.

Contestants register online for a fee for tryouts in four separate divisions. The winners will have an opportunity to perform in front of an
audience that evening. Before the musical starts the contestants compete for 30 seconds each for money awarded at the end of each musical
show. The crown participation, jury of judges, and skills determine one winner from each category from the evening competition. Each
winner attends a weeks of workshops with top trainers in the industry to create a crew. They each will be given a theme against violence
and drugs to develop a performance, incorporating their various skills. Within one week they will present as a group in front of an
audience for the prize of a record and a video. This will create and promote team work and will brake down many stigmas like race, class,
and financial discrimination that divide our youths. The competition will be taken from county to county until a California Still Standing
band is formed. The goal of this is to create Hip-Hop music with a positive message and influence a generation of upcoming artists by
showing them they can earn respect, money and power by singing positively.

The output of today‘s music is often times tainted with themes of violence and alcohol and self abuse, which are becoming a part of normal
everyday life for many young people. Among young people today, especially in the Hip-Hop, R&B and pop generation, there is a great need
for safe locations especially those under the age of 21 who are not normally admitted into the clubs and bars. They are constantly at risk of
being involved in violence, drug abuse and drunk driving. With the concept Still Standing After Party- the Secure Party It is in our hearts
to give the youth a safe opportunity. Instead of hanging out in the streets roaming aimlessly to find something to do that is fun and
stimulating, we want them to have a Baseline Club in a non-violent and alcohol-free atmosphere. Music will be performed by famous
musicians and DJ’s and focus mainly on the musical styles of Hip Hop, Rap, Latino and R&B but will not be limited to those styles.
Professional DJ’s will be operating with a full club-like lightshow. Sponsors will have booths set up around the perimeter to give out
product samples and or hit the grass roots market of the youth. A Red Carpet event will also welcome the invited celebrities to come by
and show their support and engage the youth from yet another angle Everyone is welcome. These parties are organized and carried out in
collaboration with a an ideal security and management force as well as local youth workers and organizations. In these events and venues
we introduce the young people to different organizations, institutions and societies from their area. The aim is to encourage young people to
become actively involved in society and develop positive relationships in their community and with the companies sponsors and products.

STILL STANDING THE SINGLES PARTY


Singles over the age of thirty are invited to join the once a week STILL STANDING SINGLE Party. A fun lounge like experience where
sponsors will have booths set up to display their products and stimulate conversation between singles. Dating services are offered as well as
a good safe way of helping the folks find love romance or just a new friend in a place that can be trusted. The best catering services
available will always be provided at the events. Sponsors can freely gather direct marketing research as well as sell their products and
build their businesses.

In the still standing talent school will offer young people a place where they can participate in a workshop. The workshops are led by
internationally known contributors of the musical. We offer workshops in rap, singing and dancing. The workshops will be held during the
season at the site of the musical. Participants can register online on our website for the desired workshop. In the final show, participants
have the opportunity to present their newly refined skills and talents and skills (in all categories) to the public.
