Program: Safe Harbor: Increasing Awareness on Youth in Domestic Violent Homes Logic Model

Situation: Safe Harbor is a premier 501C3 non-profit organization in the Upstate of South Carolina. There are a number of adolescence that are

exposed to domestic violence within their homes that require a potential safe haven; Increasing awareness through education; Increasing
psychological counseling; Producing a safe community-based facility to turn to; and allowing leaders of the community to become involved
through daily encounters with the youth.

Assumptions:
Increasing youth knowledge about how to grow through

violent homes
More effective and knwoledgable survivors leads to better
leadrship within the organization that will increase the number
of victims and more membership involvement
