Hi Sourav,
How did you install the drivers?
This seems to be related to compatibility issues.
You may refer to the Windows Compatibility Center and
check.
Micromax BSNL MMX353G 3G Data Card
If Windows 8.1 drivers are not available, then try installing
Windows 8 drivers in compatibility mode and check.
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode
and check if that helps.
a. Download the driver from the manufacturers website.
b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on properties.
c. Click on the compatibility tab and check the box Run
this program in compatibility mode for and select
Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu.
d. Click on Apply and click OK and run the file to install it.
You may get in touch with Micromax support and check for
any updates.
Hope the information helps. Let us know if you need further
assistance with Windows related issues. We will be happy to
help.

Is there any folder named Win7_64 or Vista64???? If there is
that folder open it and follow the same instructions...
or,
copy the cmnsusbser.sys file into Windows/System
32/Drivers!!!! you will find the file in "C:\Program
Files\MMX353G 3G USB Manager\Driver\Win7_64
\cmnsusbser.sys"

Finally i had solve the issue of Micromax MMX353G USB
Modem "No Device found in Windows8/8.1" by this simple
steps.
1)Before install open the setup file(all the .exe files)-->right
click-->properties-->compatibility-->enable 'run this
program in compatibility mode'-->select Windows 7
2)Install the MMX353G software,it shows Install Drivers...FAIL!
and promote you to Restart your PC.
3)Restart and ensure the MMX353G icon in the desktop is in
compatibility mode(already it should be in compatibility
mode after installing)
4)And go to the c:\program files(x86)\MMX353G 3G USB
MANAGER\driver\Win7_64\
here you find the following files and do the following
methods.
i) cmnsmdm-->right click->install--->ok
ii) cmnsser-->right click-->install-->ok
5)Thats all...run the program you will find that network is
searching and Available.
100% tested
Enjoy Friends...
