Firstly we would like to thank those who have stood up for the Rule of Law and Human Rights, in particular Ms Sarah Hanson-Young, and Ms Anna Burke, who have shown great leadership and courage to stand up and voice their concerns. 2. As one great man once said, In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - - Martin Luther King, Jr. 3. I refer readers to The Nuremberg Race Laws 4. I also refer to the Nuremberg Trials of Nazi leaders conducted after World War II, where many offered the defense that they were merely carrying out the orders of their superiors. This defense was not accepted. 5. I refer [5] [1942] HCA 14; (1942) 65 CLR 373 at 408 A pretended law made in excess of power is not and never has been a law at all. Anybody in the country is entitled to disregard it. Naturally he will feel safer if he has a decision of a court in his favour - but such a decision is not an element which produces invalidity in any law. The law is not valid until a court pronounces against it - and thereafter invalid. If it is beyond power it is invalid ab initio." 6. Inept Lawyers have begotten Inept Judges, and the separation of the Judiciary and Executive and Parliament is lost. It's the Registrars that are now judge, jury and executioners, in contempt of the Rule of Law, because Judges have refused to protect the Rule of Law and Principle of Legality, under the guise of the Color of Law. 7. The Contempt of the the Attorney General George Brandis (a lawyer) to bribe the Australian Human Rights [sic] Commission President is a contempt for the rule of law, and an abuse of the position of power for personal or other gains. 8. The Asylum Seeker policy is an exercise of discrimination, without the constraints and legal test under the s75 of the Original jurisdiction of the High Court, and the section on International Treaties and the principles of the Magna Carta, residing in the Writ of Mandamus. 9. The following is a copy of the submission to the Australia Federal Police, to investigate and prosecute those who conspire by various means to cause Murder by Joint Enterprise, of Aborigines First Nations people, Australia Citizens, and Asylum seekers. These means include conspiracy to interfere with the administration of justice, culminating in the DIRECT and or INDIRECT discrimination, against protected features, including those in the Australia Human Rights Commission, where the Equal Opportunity used to be a clear statement. 9.     To the Australian Federal Police,

    Hijacking of The Australian Constitution s75, Inter alia,


    INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT ACT 2002,
    Crimes Act- Interfering with the Administration of justice,
    Murder by Joint Enterprise, and
    Human and Child Trafficking,
    Abuse of the Rule of Law and the Charter for Human Rights & Responsibility ACt 2006
    (VIC)

    1. We request full investigation into the alleged attempt by the Federal Attorney
    General, George Brandis MP, to bribe the President of the Human Rights Commission,
    Ms Gillian Trigg (sp?), for favours, job opportunities and coverup, inter alia, as an abuse
    of position of power for personal or other gains,

    2. We request full investigation into other employees of the Commission including former
    President John von Doussa, and other employees, including Dominic Virchillo and
    Rocky Clifford, conspiring to undermine the integrity of the Commission, refusing to
    investigate unlawful discrimination and refusing to terminate complaints of unlawful
    discrimination pursuant to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act
    (Australian Human Rights Commission Act).

    3. We request full investigation into the High Court registrars, Rosemary Mussolino and
    Denise Weyburry, for interfering with the administration of justice and Constitution s75,
    by tainting high court filings and or refusal of filings, and conspiring with Victoria Police,
    Wilson Security and others to do so.

    4. The crime is terrorism and conspiracy in terrorism and murder by joint enterprise, and
    interfering with the administration of justice, and the Australian Constitution, including
    the original jurisdiction of the High court s75, inter alia

    5. ALSO human and child trafficking by paying off and conspiring with people
    smugglers, and child abuse at sea and in detention,

    6. causing the death of defenseless peoples, such Gong Ling Tang at the hands of the
    Victorian Police and the Death of Reza Berati in immigration detention, inter alia.

    (7. In addition, we believe that the Federal Police has jurisdiction to investigate the
    Registrars of the Supreme Court Victoria, and Victoria Civil and Administrative Tribunal,
    as officers of the Commonwealth, for conspiracy to pervert the administration of justice
    in refusing to file court documents, conspiring to cause heatlh issues and death of Gong
    Ling Tang, and myself, by refusing to apply the Charter for Human Rights and
    Responsibility Act 2006, pursuant to the Constitution s109, the Charter and VCAT Act,
    inter alia.)
