More came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. What a blessing and privilege it is to be able to spend time with people and to talk with them about their
most important spiritual need of eternal life. Samantha is a mother of two little
children. We met her on her doorstep while going door-to-door. After a thorough presentation of the Gospel, she wanted to call upon the name of the Lord,
but didnt even know how to pray. So, I explained to her that prayer is simply
talking to God. After a while, she prayed and acknowledged Jesus Christ as Gods
only way to Heaven. She mentioned to me that she didnt want her kids to grow
up the way she did and by this she meant not knowing how to pray or to not be
in church. God is good! Chris is a 12-year old boy. We met him while on our usual Saturday bus visitation ministry. It was a stormy afternoon. I thought, Who in
their right mind would be out in this downpour?! But God brought us to Chris.
We invited him to ride our Sunday School bus and he came the following Sunday. Chris heard the good news preached on the bus ride. He raised his hand
acknowledging his lost condition and desire to get saved. I took time to thoroughly deal with him and Chris prayed to receive Jesus as Saviour. Bro. Joe
Heidler and I went to visit the Kholbus family that registered to send their children to our VBS. We were well received by this family and I felt great liberty to
witness to the parents. I talked with the mother, Missi. And Bro. Joe dealt with
the dad, Joshua. We found out that Missi already knew the Lord as Saviour
(what a blessing), and Joshua was religious but lost. Bro. Joe led Joshua to the
saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Two blessings are derived here. First, Joshua
got saved. Second, Bro. Joe led his first soul to Lord. Bro. Joe has committed
himself to our churchs soul-winning training ministry and is doing excellent. Bro.
Joe expressed a natural desire to want to talk to his sister, now that he has confidence to be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ. On another occasion, Pastor
Michael and I went out to follow up on visits from VBS. We came to the house of
one of our VBS bus riders. We got to meet her dad (David), a man who is battling
many health issues (thankfully, he knows the Lord as Savior), but a lady that was
care-taking for him was also religious but lost. Pastor Michael and I tag-teamed
on her and took the time to explain to her the need to repent of sin and trust in
Christ alone for salvation. Wilma bowed her head and in tears prayed and asked
Jesus to be her Saviour. To God be the glory!

Praise Reports:
WT got saved on the fifth day of VBS!
Marcias 4-5 year old VBS class went well
with 9 children coming to faith in Christ in
class & 1 followed-up with her parents &
got saved at home.
Community Baptist Church, Curwensville,
PA increased our monthly support. Praise
Him! Thank God for faithful supporters.
Pastor Bishop (Lighthouse Baptist Church,
Alexandria, VAa supporting church) was
our teen camp guest speaker & donated his
love gift to us. What a blessing!

Prayer Requests:
1. Pray for God to continue to bless and use us
while we are here.
2. Pray for our house to sell. We have a new
realtor & we are trusting God for his timing.
We are frustrated but not defeated. GOD is
still on the throne! Thank you for your prayers on our behalf.
God answers prayers. For the past 2 months, Marcia
specifically prayed for two requests. First, that WT
would get saved during our VBS, and secondly, that a
family member would have the joy of leading him to the
Lord. Both were graciously answered by God on Friday
when I had the joy of leading him to Christ! God also
answered a special prayer that I had. A 15-year old boy
wanted nothing to do with us as we continue to minister
in Delta, PA. He was a typical teenager: riding his bike,
poking fun, saying that he didnt want to hear about the
Lord or go to church. I asked the Lord to soften his heart
and to give me a chance to be a witness to him. I felt
impressed by God to give him a Gospel tract and to
leave it at that. When I gave him that tract, I mentioned
to him that I was praying for him. The next Saturday, he
walked up to me and thanked me for the tract. He even
hung around and heard a strong Gospel presentation for
an hour and a half. We were pleading with him to get
saved. Some of his friends were even there desiring for
him to get saved, but he would not - at least for now.
Although Wes willfully declined Christ, he is willing to
visit Mt. Zion Baptist Church (which means more opportunities to work with this young man). Thank God for
answered prayers. Thank God that HE is never too busy
to hear us when we pray! Thank you also for your faithful support, prayers, love, and partnership in the ministry!
