(“Movants”), pursuant to LR 83.1 of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the

Western District of North Carolina, move this Court for the admission pro hac vice of Brian

Recor of the law firm of Jones Day, 3 Park Plaza, Suite 1100, Irvine, California 92614, in the

above-referenced case in order to represent defendant PriceGrabber.com, Inc. In support of this

Motion, Movants show this Court:

1. Briar Recor has been admitted to practice and is a member in good standing of the

bars of the State of California and Paris, France. Mr. Recor is admitted to practice before the

United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District

Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern

District of California the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and

2. Defendant has retained Mr. Recor as lead counsel and Movants as local counsel in

this case.

3. Mr. Recor understands that he is charged with knowing and complying with all

applicable rules of this Court.

4. Movant has submitted the required application fee of $100.00.

WHEREFORE, defendant moves the Court for an Order permitting Brian Recor to

appear pro hac vice in this Court.
