Key Deliverables:
Recruitment & Induction:
Manage the overall recruitment
Responsible for handling end to end PAN India recruitments starting from
screening CVs, salary negotiations, closures, follow-ups, reference checks
till final joining.
Collaborate with hiring managers on short-term and long-term hiring
plans, develop and execute on cost effective best practices, processes
Develop and implement recruiting solutions, proactively identify and
facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies
Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their
competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and
relocation etc)
Experience of handling mid level and senior level position and majorly
handling of sales profile.
Continuously focusing on monitoring recruitment cost and working
towards minimizing it.
Conducting / Coordinating Induction program for the new Joinees
Coordinating with S.B.U head and timely closing of job posting as per the
requirement.
Orientation & On Boarding:
Managed on boarding process for all new Joinees.
Conducting / Coordinating Induction program for the new Joinees
Developed processes and communicating all company related policies and
procedures to new joinees.
Introduced the concept of pre-hire orientation to identify the right fits,
initiated pre-employment/post-offer background searches
Ensuring Document Verification, Asset allocation, Query resolution & On

Employee Engagement:
Initiated with the concept 'Health Conscious Employee' by organizing
Doctor on Call forum.
Taking initiatives on the celebrations and fun activities.
Initiated with the concept of 'Small Workshops' for employees to enhance
their skills into activities like: 'Email Etiquettes', 'How to Handle a Team'.
Organizing sports, festival functions, various events and other awareness
programs, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst
the employees.
Carrying out motivational / engaging communication to the employees via
mails.
Suggesting and implementing creative engagement activities for

birthday & anniversary celebrations etc.
Performance Management:
Defining, reviewing & monitoring Key Result Areas (KRA) of the employee
in co-ordination with the Employee and Department Head.
Conducting Performance Assessment of the employees and thereby
finalization of the incentives / increments for them.
Assisting in driving the Performance planning/Goal Setting process using
the Balanced Scorecard approach, Mid-year and Annual Performance
reviews
Exit Management:
Conduct Exit interview, Issuing Experience letter, Relieving letter,
Following of F&F settlement, payments of the settlement and closing
personal file with the necessary data entering into system.
Doing monthly analysis on the attrition and finding out the reason for
attrition & taking necessary action.
Monthly Exit Review.
HR Operations:
Maintaining Employee record through HRIS
HR Policies Formulation - Employee referral policy, Notice Waiver policy,
Work from home Policy, Long term service policy, etc.
Maintain and update Employee handbook & Annual Holiday Calendar.
