Blue Dart Logistics Support for your Online Stores

We have tied-up with Blue Dart to provide our online store owners with seamless logistics
support. You can get started & start using the Blue Dart services via Zepo in 24 hours.
The details about the tie-up and the criteria are mentioned below. The account with Blue Dart will
be in the name of Zepo and every vendor will be given a unique ID to access the account
personally.
Domestic Delivery Charges:
All cities across India have been divided into 3 zones for convenience and are charge specific.
For Zone A cities:
Rs. 55/- per 500 gms (all inclusive)
(Base 30 + Fuel Surcharge 19 + Service Tax 6 = Total 55)
For Zone B cities:
Rs. 64/- per 500 gms (all inclusive)
(Base 35 + Fuel Surcharge 22 + Service Tax 7 = Total 64)
For Zone C cities:
Rs. 73/- per 500 gms (all inclusive)
(Base 40 + Fuel Surcharge 25 + Service Tax 8 = Total 73)
Specific details about above charges:
Fuel Surcharge included as per mechanism (currently 62.5%)
Service Tax included as per mechanism (currently 12.36%)
Rates remain the same for all slab (eg - Rs. 55 for 500 gms, 110 for 1 kilo, 165 for 1.5 kilos)
Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Charges

In case of COD, Cash Collection Charges will be additional to delivery charges

Collection charges are 3% or Rs.80/- (+ service tax); Whichever is higher
Servicable Area Delivery
For a list of serviceable pincodes for Cash-On-Delivery and Prepaid Delivery, write to us and
we will forward you the complete list.
Pick-up Facility
Pick-up service will be provided for Free everyday
All the Pin-codes mentioned in the file has pickup facility available.
Account & Billing
BlueDart A/c will be in the name of Zepo & you would be given access to use it
Payments of bills & reimbursement of COD charges will be settled every 15 days
How to Order a Pick-Up?:
To get Blue Dart to take a pick-up from your location you just have to send a mail to the Blue Dart
email id.
The cut off time to order a pick-up is 3.00 pm everyday.
The pick-up will happen between 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
In case of any issue, you can contact the BlueDart customer support anytime mentioning your
unique Vendor ID.
You will be able to track your pick-ups and deliveries and accounts for every month using your
personal Login ID and Password, from the Blue Dart panel.

Sorry for the late reply.
The charges would remain the same. But just get in touch with us to know about the serviceability of your
pincode.
At the same time, you are free to tie up with any other logistics company of your choice.
