1.1 INTRODUZIONE

utilizzo professionale. Questa apparecchiatura non destinata allutilizzo da parte di persone le cui capacit
fisiche, mentali, sensoriali siano ridotte o con mancanza di esperienza o conoscenza, salvo che sotto la guida
e il controllo di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza.

3.0 INSTALLAZIONE
3.1 INTRODUZIONE
Lapparecchio deve essere destinato solo alluso per il quale stato espressamente progettato, quindi
conservazione di vivande entro i limiti di temperatura dichiarati dal costruttore. Ogni altro uso da
considerarsi improprio.
Linstallazione deve essere effettuata esclusivamente da un tecnico specializzato. Il costruttore

3.2 INTEGRIT

Verificare lintegrit dellapparecchio in tutte le sue parti e la corrispondenza della dotazione di serie interna
degli accessori.
3.3 PULIZIA
Asportare la pellicola di PVC che riveste la superficie interna ed esterna dellapparecchio. Pulire il vano
interno con una spugna inumidita in acqua tiepida.
3.4 CONDIZIONI DI SERVIZIO

3.5 LIVELLAMENTO
Posizionare nella sede definitiva lapparecchio e procedere al livellamento agendo sui piedini a vite
assicurandosi che risulti essere perfettamente in piano.
3.6 MESSA IN FUNZIONE

5.0 FUNZIONAMENTO

Dopo aver alimentato lapparecchio, il quadro comandi (4.0

5.5 CICLO DI FUNZIONAMENTO

Raggiunta la temperatura del set point, il led
si spegne e il compressore si arresta. La ripartenza avviene al
raggiungimento di una temperatura 2C superiore rispetto al set point stesso.

Esempio: se il set point 2C, il compressore funzioner per mantenere la temperatura in un intervallo
compreso fra 2C e 4C.

Lapparecchio dotato di due sonde di temperatura di tipo NTC:

NTC una rileva la temperatura della cella e
laltra la temperatura dellevaporatore.
La presenza della seconda sonda permette di ottimizzare il funzionamento dei ventilatori e di ridurre i
tempi di sbrinamento.
7.0 SBRINAMENTO
Durante il funzionamento, la normale formazione di brina sulla superficie dellevaporatore ne riduce
lefficienza. Lo sbrinamento ha la funzione di eliminare la brina e ripristinare il massimo rendimento.
7.1 SBRINAMENTO AUTOMATICO

La massima efficacia e la minima durata sono garantiti dalla presenza della sonda evaporatore che rileva la

Questa funzione da utilizzarsi solo in caso sia necessario effettuare sbrinamenti ulteriori rispetto

corretta conservazione dei prodotti in seguito a periodi di chiusura dellesercizio e conseguente mancata
sorveglianza.

Non utilizzare lapparecchio per raffreddare vivande calde o appena cotte.

Disporre i prodotti esclusivamente allinterno del perimetro della griglia per consentire la corretta circolazione
dellaria in cella.
Il carico massimo consigliato per ogni griglia di 30 kg.

13.0 MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA

Le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria possono essere eseguite da personale non specializzato seguendo
scrupolosamente le istruzioni di seguito riportate.
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione o pulizia, disconnettere lapparecchio

13.1 PULIZIA DELLAPPARECCHIO

Le superfici interne ed esterne possono essere lavate con una spugna inumidita in acqua tiepida e detersivi
non aggressivi chimicamente; a pulizia ultimata, asciugare con un panno asciutto e morbido. Lapplicazione di
prodotti atti a dare lucentezza consigliabile solo sulle pareti esterne.
Non lavare lapparecchio con getti dacqua. Non utilizzare paste o pagliette abrasive.
13.2 PULIZIA DEL CONDENSATORE

Per mantenere costante lefficienza dellapparecchio, provvedere periodicamente alla pulizia del
condensatore. Allo scopo utilizzare un pennello a setole morbide o laspirapolvere, avendo cura di non
piegare le alette di alluminio.

used by people with limited physical, mental or sensory abilities or without experience and knowledge of it,
unless instructed in its use by those responsible for thir safety.

3.1 INTRODUCTION
The appliance must be used solely for the purpose it was specifically designed for, i.e. for storing food within
the temperature range stated by the manufacturer. Understand that any other use shall be considered
improper.

Remove the PVC film covering the inside and outside of the appliance. Clean the compartment inside using a
sponge damp with lukewarm water.

3.4 WORKING CONDITIONS
Move the appliance into its final position and adjust the screw-type feet until you have the unit perfectly level.
3.6 PUTTING INTO OPERATION
Before connecting to the power mains, make sure:

Voltage and frequency are in conformity with the working conditions featured on the CE plate inside the
appliance: maximum tolerance is 10% of the rated value.
The power supply circuit meets regulations in force.
The electrical system is fitted with a residual current circuit breaker (automatic cutout).
Earthing is compulsory.
If the appliance is going to be switched off for a length of time, it is best to disconnect its power cord.

During operation, frost forms on the surface of the evaporator: this is normal but it reduces evaporator
efficiency. The purpose of defrosting is to eliminate frost and restore full efficiency.

trockenen, weichen Tuch abtrocknen. Die Anwendung von Produkten, die Glanz verleihen, wird nur fr die

1.1 INFORMATIONS GNRALES
Nos appareils ont t conus et optimiss afin dobtenir des performances et des rendements levs.
Lappareil nest pas destin tre utilis par des personnes atteintes de dficiences physiques, mentales or
sensorielles, ayant une exprience et des connaissances insuffisantes, sauf si places par une personne
responsable de leur scurit.
1.2 CONDITIONS DEMPLOI

3.0 INSTALLATION
3.1 INFORMATIONS
Lappareil ne doit tre destin qu lusage pour lequel il a t expressment conu, cest--dire la
conservation des aliments dans les limites de temprature dclares par le fabricant. Tout autre usage doit
tre considr comme impropre.
Lappareil ne doit tre install que par un technicien spcialis. Le fabricant dcline toute
responsabilit en cas dusage impropre de lappareil.
3.2 BON TAT

Vrifier si tous les lments de lappareil sont en bon tat et si les accessoires prvus de srie correspondent.
3.3 NETTOYAGE
Enlever le film en PVC qui recouvre lintrieur et lextrieur de lappareil. Nettoyer le compartiment interne
avec une ponge imbibe deau tide.
3.4 CONDITIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT

Sassurer que le local o lappareil est install remplit les conditions suivantes:
Temprature ambiante comprise entre 5 et 43C.
Positionnement loin de toutes sources de chaleur et dans un endroit bien ar.

3.5 MISE DE NIVEAU

Placer lappareil dans son logement dfinitif et le mettre de niveau en agissant sur les pieds vis, en
sassurant quil est bien plat.
Avant de brancher lappareil, vrifier si:

La tension et la frquence sont conformes aux conditions de travail reportes sur la plaque CE lintrieur
de lappareil ; la tolrance maximale est de 10% de la valeur nominale.
Le circuit dalimentation lectrique est conforme la rglementation en vigueur.
Linstallation lectrique dispose dun interrupteur diffrentiel (disjoncteur).
Si lappareil reste teint pendant de longues priodes, il convient de dbrancher le cble dalimentation.
La mise la terre est obligatoire.

6.0 SONDES
Lappareil est quip de deux sondes de temprature de type NTC:
NTC lune relve la temprature de la
chambre et lautre la temprature de lvaporateur.
La prsence de la seconde sonde permet doptimiser le fonctionnement des ventilateurs et de rduire
le temps de dgivrage.
7.0 DGIVRAGE
Durant le fonctionnement, la formation normale de givre sur la surface de lvaporateur en rduit lefficacit.
Le dgivrage sert liminer le givre et rtablir le rendement maximal.

si les produits sont bien conservs suite aux priodes de fermeture de lexercice et donc au manque de
surveillance.

13.0 ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

Les oprations dentretien courant peuvent tre effectues par du personnel non spcialis en suivant
scrupuleusement les indications reportes ci-dessous.
Toujours dbrancher lappareil avant de faire une opration dentretien ou de nettoyage
quelconque.
13.1 NETTOYAGE DE LAPPAREIL

Laver lintrieur et lextrieur avec une ponge trempe dans de leau tide contenant un peu de dtergent
non agressif et essuyer ensuite avec un chifon sec et doux. Nappliquer du produit pour faire briller que sur
les parois extrieures.
13.2 NETTOYAGE DU CONDENSATEUR

Nettoyer rgulirement le condensateur pour que lappareil conserve longtemps son efficacit. Utiliser pour
cela un pinceau soies souples ou laspirateur, en ayant soin de ne pas plier les ailettes en aluminium.
Le condensateur a des bords coupants. Mettre des gants de protection pour les oprations de
nettoyage.
