UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF WILMER CUTLER PICKERING

HALE AND DORR LLP AS COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR AT&T CORP.

Pursuant to Local Rule CV-11(d), the undersigned counsel file this Unopposed Motion

for Withdrawal of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (“WilmerHale”) as Counsel of

Record in the above-entitled and numbered action. WilmerHale request that all counsel of

record with WilmerHale who have entered an appearance in the above-referenced cause,

including William F. Lee, Lisa J. Pirozzolo, Stephen M. Muller, Peter M. Dichiara, Victor F.

Souto, Kate Saxton, Kevin S. Prussia, and David R. Smith, be permitted to withdraw from

representation of AT&T in this matter.

In support of this withdrawal, counsel respectfully state as follows:

1. This withdrawal is sought by agreement and with the consent of Defendant AT&T

Corp. (“AT&T”), AT&T’s remaining counsel, and Plaintiff Web Telephony LLC.

2. Attorneys Scott L. Bittman, Bruce D. DeRenzi, and Andrew M. Riddles of

Crowell & Moring LLP, entered their appearances on behalf of AT&T on August 3, 2007. All

attorneys of record with Haltom & Doan will continue to represent AT&T in this case.

3. The Court has not entered a Scheduling Order and no hearing or conferences are

scheduled.
