EXECUTIVE SUMMARY/ PREFACE

Dont find customers for your product, find products for your customer. In
todays highly competitive business environment placing the right people in
the right position is very critical for the success of any organization.
I am privileged to be one of the student who got an opportunity to do my
training with U-TURN. My involvement in the project has been challenging
and has provided me a platform to leverage my potential in the most
constructive way to learn things practically.
I got to learn, how to deal with the customer, how to place the orders and
increase the sales which was suitable best to my company.

U-TURN INDORE is a certified distributor of multibrand clothing for


men and kids . Founded in 2013.
In India there is wide range of multi brand stores offered by different
companies UTURN has come with more than 80 international brands
in clothing with attractive selling strategies. In todays scenario multi
brand store is a need of customers , taking this need in consideration
UTURN offers complete range of men and kids wear .

PROJECT INTRODUCTION

Being a distributor of a well known 80 international brand we need to deal


with some standard rules that may be number of staff timely delivery,
proper account records for that an effective human resource management
is needed.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT :


The process of hiring and developing employees so that they become
more valuable to the organization.
Human Resource Management includes
conducting job analyses, planning personnel needs, recruiting the rig
ht people for the job, orienting
and training, managing wages and salaries, providing benefits and inc
entives, evaluating performance, resolving disputes, and
communicating with all employees at all levels. Examples of
core qualities of HR management are extensive knowledge of
the industry, leadership, and effective negotiation skills.

All this work was under a senior person who guided me in completing my task.

Statement of problem
The human resource thought to be the core of any organization or business. It is
most difficult resource to deal with.

There is certainly a need of developing brand image of the company in the
market because of competitive market.
Company is having good organizational structure still there is a lack of
communication between owner and employees.

Still the job was very enjoyable and I learned so much.

My learning

Every endeavor undertaken to accomplish challenging goals, can only be


successful under the experienced and encouraging guidance. I am privileged to
have undergone training at UTURN

SUGGESTIONS

More local promotion can be done.


Company can train their employees for better promotion.
Give proper attention to the customer in the showroom
Order can be taken online.

Communication gap can be filled by a proper organizational structure, on each


level every employee should have some authority which help them in making

decision at right time.


Company can consistently put his effort for brand building and development for
prospective future to cater the growing demand . Firm should promote their
products via social networking sites, products trade etc.

CONCLUSIONS

After the completion of industrial training we enhanced competencies and


competitiveness in our respective area of specialization. We tried to relate the
experience in the workplace with knowledge learned in the institute and applied
the knowledge on the job under supervision.

Here, we gained the experience and knowledge that can be used for suitable ob
without delay after studies.
We learn to hone soft skills appropriate to the work environment. Also get
improvised in communication skills. We assessed career ability, knowledge and
confidence as well as enhanced our marketability to be more competitive.
With experience, knowledge and skills acquired during industrial training we will
be better prepared to face working world.
