The management of Mybank rejected their employees' demand for a salary revision.
As a result, their employee trade union plans to organize a picket. As the Trade
Union Officer, you are required to hold a briefing session with the picketers
(employees who participate in the picket) about the guidelines for conducting a
peaceful picket as stated in Industrial Relations Act (IRA) 1967. In your speech, you
need to:

briefly explain the purpose of the picket;
