Conclusion

South Africa has attracted a wide diversity of international and

local exploration companies over the past few years.
Majority of acreage under license or under application:
opportunities for partnerships.
A number of new surveys have been conducted offshore in
previously underexplored areas.
Unprecedented interest in the offshore resource potential.
