Lotasil Water Repellent Plug is a clear and colourless high performance

solvent based liquid water repellent.

Product use:
It can be used on concrete, wood products, decorative stones, decorative bricks, canvas, cloth
and most types of porous buiding materials. It is also used as a Primer Coat before applying
Lotasil Silicone Waterproofing Membrane.
Lotasil Water Repellent Plug is formulated to protect vertical above grade concrete and masonry
surfaces including concrete blocks. It is recommended for above grade use.

Lotasil Water Repellent Plug
fixes water leaking areas, waterproof walls
and as a longterm surface protection.

For best results, allow new concrete walls or floors to cure 14 days before applying
Lotasil Water Repellent Plug. Lotasil Water Repellent Plug must be applied to completely dry
substrates for maximum penetration. Surfaces to be treated must be structurally sound, dry,
clean and free from all contaminates that will prevent material penetration.
Lotasil Water Repellent Plug can be applied using a roller. Apply 1 coat to 2 coats if necessary
especially on more porous substrates.

Lotasil Water Repellent Plug is a solvent based ready to use brush-on solution using
a unique water repellent technology that can waterproof tiles and grouts in showers.
It impregnates the substrate and chemically bonds with it to form an invisible water
repellent barrier.

Brush Lotasil Water Repellent

Plug over tiles and grout lines
in the bathroom floors.
Allow to dry for 12 hours
before using.

Suitable usage for grout lines in bathrooms, terracotta, slate and clay roof tiles
or artificial stones etc.

Lotasil Water Repellent Plug

is also recommended for new
bathrooms to prevent leaking.

Lotasil Water Repellent Plug is a flammable and combustible liquid. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses during application.
Do not apply in areas occupied by personnels as the solvent odours may be irritating. Lotasil is not to be applied near any flame or fire.
Partially or empty containers may contain explosive vapours. Do not cut or weld on or near empty container. Keep out of reach of children.

is repelled and formed into water beads.
