Introduction

McDonald's Organization is the world's largest chain of fast food restaurants, serving nearly
47 million customers daily. At one time it was the largest global fast food restaurant chain,
but now it has competitor by multi-brand operator such as KFC and Subway. The company
has also expanded the McDonald's menu in recent decades to include alternative meal
options, such as salads and wraps, in order to give importance on growing consumer
interest in health and wellness. A McDonald's restaurant is operated by a franchise, an
affiliate, or the corporation itself. The corporation's revenues come from the rent, royalties
and fees of the franchise and also sales in operated restaurants.

HISTORY OF MCDONALD
McDonald's was introduced by Raymond Albert Kroc. Ray Kroc was the distributor
Multimixer and its function to make milk shake. In the meanwhile, two brothers, Richard and
Maurice McDonald owned and ran a hamburger restaurant in San Bernadino, California, in
the 1950s. Ray Kroc got to know that the Mcdonald brothers really doing well using the
Multimixers to serve their customers. He met up with them, discussed and started the
franchising right from them to run McDonald's restaurants. A great success story was in the
making after that. In 1955, Ray Kroc founded the McDonald's Corporation and opened the
first restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois. In 1961, he bought out the McDonald brothers.
McDonald's became really successful and grew into the largest restaurant organisation in
the world. Today, there are more than 33,000 McDonald's restaurants in 119 countries. Ray
Kroc died in 1984 but what he had done is very much alive. His success story continues with
McDonald's families of his employees, franchisees and suppliers. His commitment,
dedication and achievements still continue to live at McDonald's restaurants across the
world.

McDonalds in Malaysia
The first McDonalds restaurant was introduced in December 1980 when McDonalds
Corporation, USA gave GOLDEN ARCHES RESTAURANTS SDN BHD the license to
operate McDonalds restaurants in Malaysia. The Malaysian got their first taste of
McDonalds when McDonalds opened its first restaurant in Malaysia at Jalan Bukit Bintang,
Kuala Lumpur on 29 April 1982. McDonalds in Malaysia serves over 13 million customers a
month and it has more than 250 restaurants nationwide. McDonalds also gives work
opportunity for more than 12,000 Malaysians in its restaurants across the nation providing
career, training and development opportunities.

Objective:
Mcdonalds objective is to earn the profit by giving a good service and entertaining customer
by a good product. The most important objective of McDonalds is to satisfy the customer.
Goals:
Providing good quality product to the customer and they satisfy their customer. The main
goal of mcdonald is to satisfy to the customer for getting maximize profit.
