1. Onelongstayapplicationformdulyfilledandsigned.Longstayfordurationofmorethan90days,theLongstayvisaform
shouldbecompleted.Downloadtheapplicationformonthewww.vfsfrance.co.in/downloadvisaforms.html
2. Twopassportsizephotographsofthepast3monthsmeetingsetstandardsonemustbeattachedtotheapplicationform
(Size3.5cmx4.5cm,withclearbackground).
3. Passport:afullnationalprivatepassportorofficialtraveldocumentwithaminimumofthreemonthsvaliditybeyondthe
validityoftherequestedvisa,withtwoblankvisapagesfacetofacewiththementionvisatoaffixthevisasticker.The
passportshouldbeissuedlessthan10yearsago.
4. Onecopyofthepassportmentioningpersonalidentityandvalidityextensioninformation,noteonremarkspageandallthe
pageswhichcontainSchengenvisas.
5. Oldpassports:ifyouownoneormoreformerpassports,youmustbringthem.
6. AprintoutofyourCampusFranceIDnumber.
7. AletterofregistrationfromaFrenchAcademicInstitutionoracertificatetestifyingthatyouwillfollowanEuropeanUnion
TrainingProgrammeorproofofscholarship.
8. Coverletterexplainingthestudyprojectandyourmotivation,includingashortcurriculumvitae.
9. Proofofresources:tuitionfees+aminimumof615Euros/monthxbynumberofmonthsofstay(livingexpenses).Only
liquidassetswillbeconsidered.Inthecaseoffamilymember/friendfundingyourstudies,anundertakingmustbeprovided
onplainpaperdulysignedalongwithsupportingfinancialdocuments.Bankstatementsofthelast3months(oftheindividual
sponsoringtheeducationandthestudentsbankstatementsifhe/shehasanaccountinhis/hername).Ifyouarebeing
hostedbyafamilyinFrance,anAttestationdaccueilwillhavetobeprovidedbythefamily(Asampleofthisdocumentmay
bedownloadedfromhttp://vosdroits.servicepublic.fr/particuliers/R10751.xhtml).Insuchacaseyouwillhavetoshow
resourcesforaminimumof300eurospermonthforyourlivingexpenses.Note:holdersofascholarshiparenot
concerned.Acertificatementioningtheamountandthedurationofthescholarshipisonlyrequired.
10. ProofofmedicalinsurancewithcoveragevalidforFranceifyouareattendingaschooloruniversityforastaywhichisless
than6months,orifyouare28orolderregardlessofthelengthofyourstudies(+1photocopy).Youwillhavetoprovethat
thecoverageisvalidwhileyoustudyinFrancewithaletterfromyourmedicalinsurance.
11. Onecopyofyourroundtripticketifyouarestudying6monthsorless(+1photocopy)oraonewayticketonlyifyouare
studyinginFrancemorethan6months(+1photocopy)
