Education plays the crucial role in the all round development. From ancient t time to
the preset the development and the formation of the education comes quite differently.
Nowadays the education system has quite developed in terms of materialism and quality
education as well as vocational and technical education system. According to our practical
work of teaching practice of one year B. Ed it has been prepared to fulfill the Bachelor
Degree in English education.

Rationale of the study


Any kind of study, help directly and indirectly for several fields. The rationale
of the study is listed below.
I) To fulfill the practical work of one year B Ed practice teaching.
ii) To suggest the target school by identifying the problems.
iii) To work as a pathfinder for the student and the school
iv) To motivate governmental and non-governmental sector.

Objective of the study.

To know the present physical condition of the school.


To analysis the physical condition of the school
To present the suggestion for the improvement of the school.
To find out the problems and gives suggestion for them.

Delimitation of the study.


This study is limited to the periphery of the vaishanavi Secondary School

Methodology of the study.


In the process of this study the following methods are used.
I)

Data collection
While collecting data of this school, I myself attempted to acquire the information
by discussion
Ii) Interview
Interview, with the principal of the school and the local people

Background of the school

Vaishnavi secondary school is located in kritipur-18, bhajangal, Kathmandu. It


has been running smoothly with its name and fame which has established in 2017 BS.
At the beginning it was started from the small hut helped by local community and
some of the social; workers. From 2065 BS the students of this school are facing the
secondary level examination.

Data Presentation and Analysis


I have tried to analyze the following points.
i) Present condition of the student
This school has been running as primary to secondary level. It has two
building and 18 rooms.
ii) Physical condition of the school

Vaishnavi Secondary School is located in kritipur 18 Vajangle Kathmandu,


which is near to tribhuwan University. It is far from city area therefore the environment
is
peaceful. The total no of the students and the rooms are listed
below

The relation between school and community


For the betterment of the school the relationship between school and community should be
cooperative and mutual understanding. The role of the school is not active all the time. In this
sense the participation of locality is inevitable in the overall development of the nation.

Strong Points
a) Effective management of classroom.
b) Classroom is quite clean
c) Students always attend school on time and proper uniform.
d) Proper management of drinking water.
e) Good environment of teaching learning activities.
f) Proper management of labs, electronic devices, library and computers.

Weak Points
a) Inappropriate use of computers
b) Overhead Projects and foreign aid.
c) Lack of good and extracurricular activities
D) Insufficient Playground
e) Congested rooms and environment
13. Future plans of school
a) Expanding classroom
b) To improve nursery classes
c) To add new subjects with +2 education
d) To make regularity in teacher and students both.

h) Some encouraging programs to increase the number of students.
I) To lunch the classes in English medium.

Suggestions
Everything has positive and negative aspects; our duty is to drive it towards the positive
results. In this respect, some efforts are needed for the betterment of the school. So some
suggestions are listed below.
a) There is the lack of instructional materials to create the effective environment of teaching.
b) There is the lack of instructional materials to create the effective environment of teaching.
c) The playground must be extended as well as repaired.
d) There should be proper management of the computer lab and science lab.
e) There must be proper management of drinking water as well as a toilet.
f) Administration and management body should act effectively according to the contemporary
issues and problems.

Conclusion
The establishment of school is only the crucial achievement but the warm environment and
contextual teaching learning activities are prerequisites. The result of students is the national
product in its skilled manpower and development. This school is struggling hard in
comparisons with other boarding school. Thought it is great challenge, such government
school must fulfill the present curriculum and its manifestations.
To wrap up, I would like to thank to the school, family who helped me for collecting
data and academic information.
