After the success of the first edition entitled "International Conference on Complex Systems (ICCS'12)" held in
Agadir during November 5-6, 2012, we are very glad to announce the WCCS14, "The 2nd World Conference
on Complex Systems". We would like to thank all ICCS12 attendees for making the conference a great success.
More than 22 nations were represented at the conference, from Algeria, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Finland,
France, Germany, India, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovenia,
South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, UK, and USA. It gathered 148 professors, researchers and scholars from
around the world. We hope to have the same success in the
2014 edition (WCCS14).
The WCCS14 will be organized by Ibn Zohr University ; Moroccan Society of Complex Systems and
National College of IT (ENSIAS, Mohamed V Souissi University) in partnership with IEEE Moroccan
section and International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Science during November 10-13, 2014.
The WCCS14 will provide a high-level, international forum for scientists, researchers, industrial professionals,
and students who will present state-of-the-art research results, address new challenges, and discuss trends in
Computational Science, Cybernetics, General Systems Theory, and their applications in diverse fields.
