19 WHEREAS, on December 14, 2007, the Court entered its Order on Plaintiff’s Motion for
20 a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO Order”), and set a preliminary injunction hearing for
21 January 3, 2008.
22 NOW THEREFORE, the parties stipulate to continue the preliminary injunction hearing
23 to a date available on the Court’s calendar, as follows:
24 The preliminary injunction hearing shall be continued to February 22, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
25 in Courtroom 2 before the Honorable Frank C. Damrell, Jr.;
26 Defendant’s Opposition brief shall be filed on or before February 5, 2008; and
27 Plaintiff’s Reply brief shall be filed on or before February 12, 2008.

2 extended until further order of the Court to allow for the continuance of the hearing on the
