Requirements which have been fully Completed as given in the Detailed

Work Plan.
I have selected Option I for the project report. Out of these, Report of Five Training Sessions,
conducted by the candidate (or any other person) is completed as per the Detailed Work Plan.
This includes session objective(s) methodology, contents, training aids/ reading materials etc for
every training programme covered.

Progress on requirements not completed, indicating the exact amount of work which has
been done and which is still to be done.
Below points from the Option I are in progress;
One Study Report bringing out training requirements of an organisation/Department Work
on this report is planned to be started post 15th May, 2015. Meetings with the Business
Heads & Line Managers is in progress & is scheduled to be completed in mid May.
One Evaluation Study of a Specific Training Programme, conducted by self or any other
person/agency, using appropriate methodology Training programme is scheduled at end of
May or 1st week of June. Evaluation study for the programme will be conducted then.
Two Cases-prepared by the candidate, which may be used in a Training Session.
The
text of cases should be supported by questions for discussion, possible learning points, and
faculty notes etc. One case study is completed & is being reviewed. 2 nd case is in progress
& planned to be completed in June 2015.

Plan of work for remaining work to be done

All the above three points in progress should be completed by 3 rd week of June. I have started
work on the Final Project Report & it should be complete by 1 st week of July for submission as
per the schedule of Detailed Work Plan submitted to ISTD.

Remarks by the Guide

The work is in progress as stated above.She is doing her work as per plan and will complete it
well in time.She regularly contacts me and take all necessary guidance
