Direct authority and accountability over a portfolio of programs ($60+ million annually) establishing
program strategy and vision. Product Owner for the development of multiple IT products using agile in an
SDLC framework. Developed sector strategies, designed programs and supervised implementation.

Product Owner for an electronic document retention solution tied to CRM records (MS Dynamics)
saving $300,000 annually in incentive payment processing (FasTrack & Great Plains) while
complying with GAAP accounting principles. Extensive cross functional coordination, advanced
technological understanding of IT infrastructure.
Managed all residential sector program staff including Program Managers, Project Managers,
Project Coordinators, Marketing Manager, Operations Analyst, Solar Project Manager, Interns who
then oversee contract staff of approximately 150+.
Represented Energy Trust interests at National events and regularly gave persuasive presentations
at public events, presented at Board Meetings. Stakeholder management expertise.

Launched Home Performance with ENERGY STAR in the Oregon market with US DOE and US
EPA; a comprehensive whole house approach to energy efficiency on homes.
Customized an on-line web tool for use by homeowners to analyze their homes. Developed referral
code tracking mechanism and significant UX interface improvements including A/B message testing.
Present business case for projects and program design changes to Advisory Council, Board and
other stakeholders. Prepare stakeholder register, project charter and lead project teams.
Cross functional coordination with finance, IT, communications and evaluation to implement process
improvements to improve customer experience and reduce administrative burden.
