Generalized Work Flow Process
Quality Assurance Plan

• Quality Objective : up to 99.99 % accuracy per field


• An internal record will be maintained on % of verification
errors (physical as well as program-detected)
• Supervisor will Maintain Check / Edit List and Exception List
of all Input batches. Traces of correction will be verified by
the Quality Reviewer with random inspection of data based
on such lists.
• Creation of appropriate samples, sample checking and
reporting to Internal Quality Review Team
• Generation of Daily Quality Assurance Report
Exception Processing Plan

• Find out all exceptions due to legibility or quality


of ‘bad shape’ Input and note them.
• Keep a count of all ‘bad shape’ exceptions.
• Notify Client on turn around time for data entry of
such Inputs.
• Contact Client and resolve such exceptions.
• Upload Exception Data File on to the FTP Server
daily.
Organizational Roles

• An overall Project Manager will be in charge of Project Team


and will interact with the client.
• A Program Support Team (if application has to be developed
in-house) of 1 to 2 programmers will directly report to the
Project Manager.
• Supervisors will report to the Project Manager.
• Each Supervisor will have 5 Project Associates, 2 to 3
Checkers and one Computer Operator reporting to him.
• A Quality Reviewer reporting to the Project Manger will
carry out overall checking and random inspection for Quality
Assurance
