Step 1:
Make an NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) Account (Which I think you might already have)
Step 2:
Download NMM (I know it is the Skyrim page, it doesnt matter)

Step 3:
Open NMM and let it find your FAllout 3 game files. If the NMM Client cant find
them, let me know.
Step 4:
Open fallout 3 with NMM and look at the Plugins, at the top you should have this

Step 5:
Download and install FOSE (Fallout Script Extender)

Step 6
Make Sure Steam runs FOSE and not Normal Fallout 3

Download essential mods

Step 8:
At this point you are ready to play the game with everything fixed

I use for them
First off, this is the biggest mod i have, it is an overhaulmod called FWE (fall
out Wonderers Edition) it changes a lot (most for the best)
If you get it, you have to get it first, and make sure all mods you get after it
, you download the FWE version if they have the option.
