Guide to access myAeU Portal

STEP 1 :
Go to the University website
URL: http://www.aeu.edu.my

STEP 2 :
Click on LOGIN button to enter to your account

myPortal is a one stop center for AeU students to

access academic related matters.
STEP 3 :
On the next page, kindly click on myAeU icon.

STEP 4:
To login, enter your Matric Number as your
username and by default your password is your
Matric Number also.
Example :
Username: M60100200220 (Case-Sensitive)
Password : M60100200220 (Case-Sensitive)

STEP 5 :
Under myAeU portal you may do the followings:
1. Update your information under Update
Profile tab
2. Subject Registration under Academic
Services tab
3. View financial statement under Finance
Services tab
4. Change password under Update Profile
tab
5. Download Examination Slip and Student
Transcript under Examination tab.

Guide to access myPLS Portal

STEP 1 :
Go to the University website
URL: http://www.aeu.edu.my

STEP 2 :
Click on LOGIN button to enter to your account

myPortal is a one stop center for AeU students to

access academic related matters.
STEP 3 :
On the next page, kindly click on myPLS icon.

STEP 4:
Click Log in
Once you clicked, enter your Matric Number as your
username and by default your password is your
Matric Number also.
Example :
Username: M60100200220 (Case-Sensitive)
Password : M60100200220 (Case-Sensitive)

STEP 5 :
Under myPLS portal you may do the followings:
1. Check your subject under My course
column
2. Download assignment under Assignment
area
3. Read and download course materials in pdf,
power point slide, words document, video,
etc format.
4. Participate in forums under Forum link

Guide to access CRM Portal

STEP 1:
For the first time login you need to get the login
details from the AeU email as shown in the left
pictures.

STEP 2 :
Go to the University website
URL: http://www.aeu.edu.my

STEP 3 :
Click on LOGIN button to enter to your account

STEP 4 :
On the next page, kindly click on CRM icon.

STEP 5:
To login, enter your Matric Number@aeu.edu.my
as your username and password that you get from
the email earlier.
Example :
Username: M60100200220@aeu.edu.my (CaseSensitive)
Password : jfkctw62

STEP 6 :
Under CRM portal you may do the followings:
1. Send your feedback/ complaint/ message/
suggestion using New Ticket link.
2. Change your account details using my
setting link.

Guide to access Email

STEP 1 :
Go to the University website

STEP 2 :
Click on LOGIN button to enter to your account

STEP 4:
To login, enter your Matric
Number@aeu.edu.my as your username and by
default your password is your Matric Number also.

STEP 5 :
Under Email portal you may do the followings:
1. Check your email
2. Send an email to others
3. Chat wit others

STEP 1 :
Go to the University website
URL: http://www.aeu.edu.my

STEP 2 :
Click on LOGIN button to enter to your account

STEP 3 :
On the next page, kindly click on Library icon.

STEP 4:
Click KOHA: Library OPAC
STEP 3:
Type the keyword in the search box e.g. Marketing
Research and click search.
STEP 4:
Select and browse your book by clicking
STEP 5:
Focus on the right side of the page, click log in to
your account sign. The Username and Password
will be appear after click at it.
To login, you need to key in your Matric Number
as a Username and Password
Example :
Username: M60100200586 (Case-Sensitive)
Password : M60100200586(Case-Sensitive)
STEP 6 :
After login the personal account, at the right side of
page, there is list of your borrowing books. From
the list, student s can :
1. Check your borrowing book details
2. The due date of the books
3. Renew the books by click at the renew box
and renew button at the below page.

Guide to use OPAC / How to search print books?

STEP 1 :
Go to library website
URL: http://library.aeu.edu.my

STEP 2:
Click KOHA: Library OPAC

STEP 3:
Type the keyword in the search box e.g.
Marketing Research and click search.

STEP 4:
Select your book by clicking at the title.
Example : Marketing research

STEP 5:
Details of the selected book. Note the call
number of the book and go to the right
shelves.
Example : HF5415.2 .M37 2007

Guide to access AeU e-Collections / E- library

STEP 1
Go to library website
URL : http://library.aeu.edu.my
STEP 2
Click Explore Library

STEP 3
Click E-Library

STEP 4
Select a database such as 24x7, ACM etc
and click.

STEP 5
Login
Example:
Username: M60109012345 (Case sensitive)
Password: 801010105555 (Avoid dash)
For Student
Username: Matric ID number
Password: IC / passport number
For staff
Username: Staff ID number
Password: IC / passport number
