hardware at RCS office under the chairmanship of Sh. MuneshwarChander, Addl.
RCS (Credit). In the meeting the below said points were discussed and proposed

As approved, the hardware mentioned in clause x may be purchased

through approved resources. In this regard, it is stated that computer
hardware mentioned in clause x fulfills only partial requirement. The
complete requirement is fulfilled in clause y of the proceeding. Therefore it
is suggested that, clause Y may be considered in place of X along with MS
office Standard edition 2013. If computer hardware mentioned in clause Y
along with MS office standard edition is considered, the total requirement
of the computer hardware will be as

Regarding purchase of computer hardware through approved resources, it

was decided that the Hardware which is available on DGS&D Govt.
approved rate may procure on DGS&D rates. The items which are not
available on DGS&D rates may be purchase from open market after
collecting the quotations through authorized vendor.

mentioned in B,C, D,E & F may be purchased from Authorized vendor after
collecting the three quotations.

The above said proposal is placed for consideration and collecting the
quotation for Sr. No B,C,D, E & F so that purchase order could be prepare
for all items and placed to authorized vendors.
