Dear Beloved,
Christian greetings to you. I do hope that yourself and family are doing well, by His amazing grace.
Freedom City in partnership with City Street Outreach and Durham Street Outreach, will be having an outreach in St.

Jamestown, Toronto called FREEDOM FEST on the 29 . August from 1 pm 6 pm. St. Jamestown is the
most densely populated area in Canada, consisting of eighteen high rise towers on one city block with over
30,000 residents. It is also one of the poorest Communities in Toronto. Over the past year we have
ministered to a number of families in this Community and we are presently ministering the love of Christ to
many there on a weekly basis. Our heart and objective is to see many people in St. Jamestown come to
know the Lord, as the majority of the people are not Christians. We also want to reach out to people from all
walks of life who are in need of help and be a blessing to many, knowing that the goodness of God brings
men to repentance.
The event will be held in the open space under tents in St. Jamestown. These tents will be used as follows:Worship and Prayer Tent, Food and Beverage Tent and Back to School Tent. We are expecting
over three hundred (300 +) persons to attend this event with upwards to 500 persons. The majority of
those attending will not be Christians and many are families facing difficult situations. We believe that this is a
great opportunity to show the love of Christ to many and see many persons come to know the Lord.
As you may know, we are a small ministry and do not have the financial resources for such an event as this.
To do this successfully, we are in need of friends of the ministry like yourself and others to support this
event. The total projected funds needed for this event is around $4000. Please know that as a registered
Canadian Charity we will issue you a tax receipt for your gift, large or small. You can donate cash or you
can purchase items that we need.
Presently, we are in need of the following:-Rental 2 Tents (20 x10 x 2)
Rental 24 Tables & 48 Chairs
400 Hot Dogs sausages + 400 Burgers + 800 Buns
Condiments, disposable plates, cups, paper towels, napkins etc
Snacks and Cookies any amount large quantities
40 cases x 24 pop & 20 cases x 24 water
25 water melons & 25 pine apples
In addition to the above, we need large quantities of BACK TO SCHOOL ITEMS for Kids
This includes -- Clothing, Back Packs, Lunch kits, Stationary, etc.
Note Please contact me asap if you want to give to FREEDOM FEST 2015.Also, please check with me first before
purchasing anything as we do not want to duplicate purchases.
