Visiting Visa processing charges will be QR 350/-plus one night tariff

(stay) and a minimum of 10 working days would be required to process

Reservation
All reservations are on request basis and subject to space availability at
the time of request .All confirmed reservations will be validated by a
written confirmation letter with a confirmation number.
Monthly rates will be applied based on minimum stay of 30 nights.
Payment & Credit facilities
Cash advance deposit or valid credit card authorization is to be collected
upon guest check in unless the company guarantees the settlement of
hotel bills.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be advised within, minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival.
Non Shows One night retention will be applied to no show bookings.

Check in & Check-out time is 12:00 noon

In case of Early Check-in between 6:00am -9:00am an extra charge of 50%
of room tariff will be added to your accommodation bill and full tariff will
be charged if the check in happens prior to 6:00am.
In case of late check-out after 3:00pm to 4:00pm 50% of the room tariff
will be charged to the accommodation bill and after 4:00pm, 100% of
room tariff will be added to your accommodation bill.
In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your
holding
guaranteed
reservation,
we
will
arranged
alternate
accommodation of similar standard and transport you to the same at our
cost and arrange for your messages (if any) to be delivered to you.
