Because of the many new vendors that have entered the electronic office equipment market, we
are beginning to experience a substantial decrease in sales. It is vital that we discuss this
matter with our regional sales representatives and recommend ways of regaining these lost
sales.
Have set aside three hours during our annual sales conference for you to conduct a Sales
Strategy workshop for all representatives. You should discuss various strategies and
techniques for regaining lost sales.
A draft of the sales conference is attached. I have tentatively scheduled for your work shop to
run from 9.00 a.m to 12.00 noon on Thursday, 16 February 2011

SEMINAR ON THE IMPACT OF ICT ON SOCIETY

Please be informed that Anugerah Software Company will conduct a seminar on 21 December
2013. The title of the seminar is The Impact of ICT on Society. It will held at Sinaran Hall,
Nikko Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. the guest speakers have experiences in

RELOCATON BENEFITS

We would like to advice all tenants that negotiations have been made between the government
and the landowner, Mr. Aliff Farhan, to acquire the real estate you now occupy.
Once the government has reached an agreement with Mr. Aliff to the purchase of the property,
we will notify you of your eligibility for relocation benefits. All tenants will receive moving
expenses and replacement of housing benefits. These benefits are fully described in the
enclosed pamphlet. We would like a point out that if you move all this time and the government
has not acquired the property, you may not be eligible for relocation benefits. We suggest that
you do not move until we notify you of your eligibility. You will require vacating the premises
once the property has been acquired.

HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM

As most of you are aware, participation in our health insurance program is open to all full-time
employees. Therefore, we are pleased to be able to provide this benefit to anyone interested.
However, if you are not interested in signing up for the company health insurance, it is
necessary for you to sign a waiver to that effect. Copies of the waiver of benefits form are
available in the administration office.
We will be reviewing the personnel files later this month to determine who has not completed
the required waiver form. It would be most beneficial if those of you who are not interested in
participating in the health insurance program would let the office knows as soon as possible.
