Article I
Principle of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to bind the said affiliate to the association. The association
provides this contract to protect each other from opposing dilemmas. This contract acts to inform both
parties of their given rights and promised obligations.

Article II
Subjected Obligations

Every member of the association is subjected to obligations to the association. These obligations
are entitled to every affiliate in which is made. (1-O)The first obligation is for the leading official of that
party (alliance) to join the association’s Board of Trusties. (2-O)The second obligation for the party is to
be an active contributing affiliate to the association. (3-O)The third obligation is for the party to keep all
information sealed within the association. (4-O)The fourth obligation is for that party to remain in
neutral and not declare war during an active contract. These are the obligations for which an affiliate
must meet at any given time.

Article III
Communication Agreement(s)

As an affiliate of the Midland Association, you are required to remain active on the association’s
forums. A strict policy of posting every-other day is required to remain in close contact and updated
with the association and fellow affiliates. Policies enacted within the association are to be followed and
if a problem arises with a policy you may file a grievance with the Association’s Board of Trusties. If the
Board of Trusties find that the policy is of no problem, your grievance will be void. Communication also
deals within association intelligence. Intelligence may only be passed within the association and not
revealed to outside counterparts. If an affiliate or affiliate member is found doing so, the association
gains the right to ban the member and/or affiliate.

Article IV
Economic Agreement(s)

An affiliate of the association is part of the association to make economic gains. This will classify
for the following economic agreements: technology, nations donations, and trade opportunities. As a
group of affiliates meet, they can gain information to help their alliances prosper. If an affiliate member

is conducting economic deals, they are to keep the deals obligations. If a problem shall arise, they are to
contact one of the associations finically advisers or the Board of Trusties. They shall be of assistance to
find a solution to the problem. Consequences shall be distributed to a victim of a false deal or if a deal is
not followed through accordingly.

Article V
Political Agreement(s)

As an affiliate of the Midland Association you may play a political role in the Cyber Nations
community. When assistance with dealing with political tribulations arises, the association will help you
cope and direct the way to the best decisions. As well, help the affiliate identify key problems in their
administration.

Article VI
Obligated Trusties

All affiliates will need to provide their alliance leader as a Trustee to the association. The board
will act as an administration and help run the association.
