Conceived a new idea capturing the uncertainty in collections in supply chains and
formulated a model to optimize the overall costs associated with the supply chain.
Simulation of an electronics industry Supply Chain (IEOR) (Aug.-Nov. 2006)
Constructed a simulation model to capture and mimic a realistic picture of the
inventory levels existent at various stages in a supply chain in ARENA.
Cloth pattern simulation over 3D platforms (CAD/CAM) (Aug.-Nov. 2005)
Simulated patterns developed on a cloth over 3D platforms for possible application in
animation and fashion industry.

Summer Internships:
z

Design and Analysis of Lobe and Four Piston Meter MIDCO(May June 2005)
Worked at the design centre of MIDCO and took up the challenge of improving the
design of 4-piston meters to make them more efficient. Designed a Lobe meter to
provide a headstart in a new field.
Testing and analysis of alternative fuels Indian Oil Corporation (May June 2004)
Garnered insights into various testing procedures used in industries to test alternative
fuels to petrol.Also, gained useful insight into the current research being carried out to
curb the effect of exhaust emissions.

150 students to represent IIT Bombay at 42nd Inter
IIT Meet, IIT Guwahati
Initiated for the first time a round of creative
thought process and critical analysis of
performance after every practice session.
Ensured proper discipline in the practice sessions,

Responsible for turnaround of hostel gyration
scene within a span of 2 years to make it one of the
most respected hostels in dance fraternity.

choreography trophy in PAF,2006 and Special
mention in PAF,2005.
Responsible for getting IIT Bombay team to the
Finals (Street Dance) in 2005, competing against
more than 20 teams from all over india in what is

dance competition.
Played a crucial role at 41st Inter IIT Meet in
securing a finals berth.

sports) for this effort.
As in charge for infrastructure requirements
(Yantriki), was responsible for planning and
