DOMAIN SKILLS

Lead multi-disciplinary teams and plan, schedule, monitor & control all construction project activities fulfilling client
requirements of delivery, time, cost & quality.

Plan and control project from commencement till completion while working hard to meet project success criteria,

Define scope of the project and develop project specific strategic plans, network of work with optimal sequencing of

Interface with all stakeholders project consultants, subcontractors, project engineers, government entities and

Prepare procurement and construction schedule, and follow up finalization of subcontracts ahead of construction kick
off and brief subcontractors on the deliverable and schedule.

Coordinate, distribute and control Equipment & Tools, Manpower and Plant Materials with all department head for
smooth and efficient running of the project.

Plan work, delegate assignments, set up work schedules, to achieve optimal use of resources. Inspected project
execution & ensured conformance to project quality standards and specifications.

Conduct daily/weekly meeting with construction team and chalk out corrective plans to catch up with schedule.
Interface with client regarding technical and commercial matters.

Establish and maintain cost breakdown structure for budgets and other parameters for complete project scope based
upon approved estimate.

Prepare project cost estimation and Cash Flow of the project, Prepare cost to complete as per actuals and suggest
potential areas of cost saving.

Assist in FIDIC Contracts management in developing & recommending appropriate contracting strategies for taking
appropriate steps in finalizing deals.

Conduct contractual & commercial evaluation of bids, with commercial tender tabulation, pricing and finalize terms &
conditions of the contract. Check invoice and valuate them for verification.

Verify all contract documents bid documents, letters of intent, contracts & subcontracts with client, consultant &
suppliers for accuracy & completeness.

Manage material sourcing including obtaining quotes & negotiating with vendors to obtain best value for spend at
right price & quality and approve material samples submitted by suppliers.

Monitor & control all project activities ensuring achievement of project objectives budgeted costs, standards, quality
& on time delivery in collaboration with client, consultant and subcontractors.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources & maximization of productivity in line with quality to improve project margins
and enhance bottom line revenue.

Support preparation of Subcontract Agreement, prepare estimates for change order for additional work, and manage
contractor claims.

Provide guidelines & assistance for preparation of different types of statistical data for comparison of projection
/planned vs. actual in terms of cost and schedule.

Forecast, plan, & allocate resources as well as identify & implement cost control steps. Conduct monthly progress
meetings at site, attend meetings with client/ consultants, & review work progress.

Monitor & control project progress against baseline schedules & develop recovery schedules to counter delays if any
till project close out.

Maintain & update all kinds of records for delays & changes in scope or variations and execute changes in contracts to
prepare variation claims & time extensions.

Contribute to continual improvements in project management practices by adopting international best practices and
accounting for changes in international standards and the business environment.

Manage team performance by creating performance development & employee development plans, establishment of
a dynamic work environment to enhance employee potential & productivity, performance appraisals and mitigation of
human constraints.

Instrumental in getting approval on 10Million AED variations orders for above project, which was documented in well
during course of Project.
Displayed exemplary project management skills by single handily spearheading project of 17,000 Tons of Steel
Structure independently.
Played a stellar role in completing our scope of work on Emirates Light Maintenance Hangar airport project, 1 month
ahead of schedule as per end user requirement.
