High Lift Arrangement

Offers higher dump clearance and longer reach than the standard Cat 990 Series II.

High Lift Arrangement provides up to

565 mm (22.2") more dump clearance
at full lift and 45 discharge than the
standard 990 II, and 294 mm (11.6")
more forward reach than the standard
arrangement.

Helps insure heaped and centered

loads for less haul road spillage and
higher productivity.

Similar stability, loading performance

and durability as the standard 990 II.

Loading time is reduced as a result of

faster dump cycles, due to better
dump clearance and reach.

Designed to match 775 and 777 off

highway trucks, either standard or
equipped with side boards. The 990 II
high lift allows users to match larger
trucks without the larger loader
investment.

990 II high lift 4 passes the 775 and

6 passes the 777.

High lift buckets are interchangeable

with standard arrangement buckets.

Achieve full capacity in aggregate and

quarry applications with either the 8.6
cubic meter (11.2 cubic yard) or 9.2 m3
(12.0 yd3) bucket. In well shot materials
with densities less than 1610 kilograms
per loose cubic meter (2,700 pounds per
loose cubic yard), the 12 cubic yard
bucket allows the 990 II high lift to
obtain full rated load.

12 yd3 bucket is 160 mm (6.3 in)

wider and 80 mm (3.15 in) deeper
than the standard 11.2 yd3 rock bucket
for greater capacity and better tire
coverage.

Buckets are shell-tine construction

with replaceable bolt-on wear plates,
pin-on side protectors and integral
rock guard.
